I had a horrendous experience at this casino and will take action against it in the upcoming weeks.
I arrived on Wednesday August 29th and sat down at their blackjack table. I bought in for $500 and the Asian supervisor asked me if I had a player's card. When I told him I didn't, he looked at me suspiciously.
I had a bad shoe and lost the 500, and bought in for 500 more. The supervisor kept staring at me. I kept losing, but in the end I had a few hands that got me up 800. I noticed a middle aged, overweight white male had come right next to me, watching me play. I cashed out and was about to leave.
Before I could leave, the man took out his cell phone and pointed it at my face. He then proceeded to take a picture of my face (in the casino). He told me that I was never allowed to come back because I was counting cards. I denied it and tried to leave, but he kept harassing me.
I was shocked when he followed me to my car and kept on harassing me. He threatened to have me arrested by the police if I ever came back. Then he took out his camera and took picture of my license plate. I asked him why, and he said he was going to look me up and have me flyered, and that I would never be able to play blackjack anywhere in the area again. He then got his camera and started filming the inside of my car and started following me while filming as I left.
Luckily, I have some of his actions on my dash cam and will be filing a report with the Washington Gaming Commission, and possibly seek legal action. I will also be posting the footage on YouTube and be sending my story to the media.
All of this over 800? I hope it was worth it, because in the next few months this casino may be out of business. I guess this is how they treat anyone who wins at blackjack or they suspect of...
Read moreI used to go to Snoqualmie Casino a lot, but now I'd rather go to Fortune. Their comps are earned faster and as well as their match play. Plus, if you withdraw money from your credit card, they match play the fee. Just give your receipt to the dealer.
Match play is given out once per day, plus hourly match play in the morning (from like 6 to 10, I think) plus drawings, plus, plus, plus...
Discounted drinks while gambling ($3 to $5). The food is really good with multiple chefs for each food type: American, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese.
The wait staff can be overwhelmed at times, but the servers really try to do their best. Also, the management has been hiring more staff, so this is not such an issue anymore.
Security is spot on and tight. They will even escort you if you ask.
There are 3 high limit mini-Baccarat tables in a high limit room, $100 min (no doors, which is important for Chinese players); Plus 4, $50 and 1, $25 Baccarat tables on the main floor. There are two types of Baccarat tables: traditional (with Dragon Tallons bonus for differences between Banker and Player, up to 30:1 for 9 to 0) and their own version of the Dragon/ Panda called the Sun and Moon that pay 40:1 and 25:1, respectively. Max bet on the Sun is $50, and Moon is $100. Banker commission of 5% is standard on all tables.
There is also blackjack, Spanish, Pai Gao, and more.
There is NO poker, roulette, craps, or slots.
Fortune also runs a poker room at their sister location, Fortune Poker, which is also nice and a...
Read moreI enjoy coming to Fortune for my blackjack needs. Whenever I visit and want to kill some time, a few hands of Lucky Ladies never hurts!
Big lot out front. Every time I go, I've never had trouble finding parking.
They have a wide array of table games and a poker room in the back. Small bathroom area (I'm assuming they have more elsewhere).
I've ordered food here as well, and it has usually been really good too!
This recent trip, came by with my brother and his gf, and luckily, we were able to play for a few hours without anyone else joining in. Staff was friendly and we had a great time! Winning some money while having a few drinks is always a good time haha.
Shoutout to Lisa and Sam holding it down on the floor, and all of the dealers! Special shoutout to Camiela for serving us drinks quickly and chasing me down to remind me to grab the food I almost forgot :P thanks again!
Had to ding star for the evening crew. Didn't catch the name of the gentleman...but I decided to stop by later in the evening, and blackjack table was locked up which was odd. I asked if he could open it up since there were a few dealers standing around, and he brushed me off and said he wasn't going to open it just for me. Not the best customer service...so hopefully that can be improved.
Nonetheless, I'll still stop by, since generally pretty good vibes from Fortune Renton!
Follow the adventure...
