Wonderland Marketplace — Attraction in Revere

Big 'mall'/marketplace that is growing. Right next to the Wonderland T stop, this large strip mall has a lot of potential and is starting to see growth and new businesses. A Planet Fitness opened not more than a month or so ago, and the large empty area near the marketplace is being torn down and something new is going up. Right now there is a Marshall's, Big Lots, a USPS Post Office, a Planet Fitness, and small salon. There is still vacant areas, so given a few months or years, I imagine this Marketplace will have even more shops.

This place is good if you are staying the night at one of the nearby hotels and have forgotten something. We stopped in to pick up some headphones at Big Lots for our flight leaving out of Logan while we were staying nearby at the Comfort Inn. It was a nice day out so we walked from the hotel to the shopping center, we both would not recommend doing that, the surrounding neighborhood is not particularly fantastic for walking around in, and while we didn't have any issues, we could definitely see...

This location is in a state of flux at the moment. Gone is the Staples store, but it is quite possible that the space will be reutilized for another business.

The Big Lots store is still very popular, but as of this posting, the plaza is sorely lacking in regards to merchants...
