I ordered a basket online, just a sample picnic basket my order got cancelled because they claim that they didn't have any in store. Online it says that that there was 10 available in that basket that size. So I was like, okay, not a problem. I'm gonna go ahead and go there in look to see if anything else was in stock. Again online it proseceded to say, 3 other baskets, 3 different sizes, one other color is in stock? 10, I'm of one 8 of another 12 of another. I get there and not one basket was available. She then proceeded to say with an annoyed response. We usually don't believe what's online in that case. Whos the person in charge of inventory? Another employee even said, if you do know other people saw up here, right? And i'm sitting here like, if it says, online, these six baskets are available, and I had just looked that day, you're telling me, thirty six people came into the store within an hour to pick up baskets? Lmao will NEVER...

I made an online purchase for in-store pickup for several print frames. My wife arrived at the store only to find they weren't honoring the online promotion. After a very uncomfortable exchange with the staff and manager, she kindly requested to return the items, so we could re-order - but they refused to accept the return! Finally, she became more forceful about her right to return what she had clearly just purchased in-store and they accepted the return.
I called the store to calmly explain the circumstances and straighten out the situation. They accused me for being rude and hung up on me. Really???
I am completely incredulous that a company can represent itself this way and still be in business.
we will certainly make our purchases elsewhere. Please consider hiring and training staff / managers that know how to treat people with decency...
