I had a terrible experience at Bombshell Med Spa . Tiffany was the wrong injector for my appointment and not who I was supposed to see, as she did not originally inject me. I drove a long distance only to have her be rude, belittle me, and tell me she wasn't going to help me.

To make matters worse, the front desk rescheduled me twice, leading to this situation. This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time and gas. Tiffany refused to fix the asymmetry in my lips caused by the previous injector, claiming she didn't know what happened at the last appointment. Instead, she reluctantly applied some Botox to flip my lip up and suggested I buy another syringe for further treatment. This was outrageous, considering the initial issue was not my fault and was not properly addressed.

Overall, Tiffany's service was horrible, and I would never recommend her to anyone. The unprofessional handling of my appointments by the front desk only added to my frustration. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this clinic...

I recently had to pleasure of enjoying a 50-min custom facial at Bombshell Med Spa in Richmond. Not only is the facility brand new and beautiful, the staff is super welcoming and the facial room was very tranquil and calming. The esthetician, Hannah, did an excellent job of walking me through the steps of the facial, and assessed my unique needs before proceeding. She also explained the types of products that would be best suited for my dry skin and didn't try try to sell me on the products she used on me afterwards - something I really appreciated.

The entire experience left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! I HIGHLY recommend this service (or any) at Bombshell Medspa. I'll definitely be back for another facial with Hannah, soon! Thank you, Hannah, and all the lovely ladies at Bombshell...

I highly recommend Bombshell Medspa! The new location at Harvest Green is absolutely beautiful. I had a dermaplane facial with Hannah and it was by far the best facial that I have experienced. Hannah is so sweet and immediately made me feel comfortable. She is knowledgeable and definitely a perfectionist. Hannah answered all of my questions and gave me helpful suggestions. I will definitely be scheduling with Hannah every month for regular treatments. I also have seen Tiffany and Alex for injections. They are both very knowledgeable and my results have been fantastic. They are conservative with treatments and would never push services that I did not need. I trust all of the ladies at Bombshell Medspa and highly recommend...
