I got my nails done on a Thursday night at 6pm i got a dip manicure and a pedicure and spent over 85 dollars. That Saturday 3 of my nails chipped and the tips of some of the other nails looked like they were fading. I called them that day and was told to come in on Monday. I went in and was taken right away informing them i was their on Thursday. They asked if i wanted the same color and i told them know because i have been their numerous time before for dip and never had this issue so i assumed it was the actual polish. I asked if i could have a French manicure so it would somewhat match my toes. I told them i would gladly pay the difference for the manicure. When i went up to pay they charged me full price. I told them it was a repair and i would gladly pay the difference for the French manicure and they said because i got all my nails done a different color it was full price. Because this was the only color that has only done this i had no intention of getting the same color. I donāt really have time to keep going to get my nails fixed. I must mention the receptionist was amazing and the person who did my nails previously(max) is always great, also the girl who did my nails was nice as well.Like i said i truly believe it was the initial polish, and to charge me full price after spending 85 4 day earlier which was not include tip is ridiculous. Suffice to say they lost my business as well as my friends business. They do amazing work which i will not deny, but when their are issues and you have to go back itās not as accommodating. I do want to reiterate i was willing to pay the difference for the French manicure, and the only reason i chose that particular color is because as i mentioned i had got matching colors on my hands and feet on Thursday, and i didnāt want something that was not going to match a little. FYI.. the only reason i gave them 3 stars was for the receptionist, max, and the girls who did my nails. If it was for customer service only i would give it 1 star stating they only care about making a quick buck and not catering about ripping people off and making them come back AGAIN and waste another 45 min.
Update.. I also posted this review on their Facebook page, where someone did respond and informed me she talked to the staff and the receptionist and they agreed that there was miscommunication between all of the staff members. So I said to the lady doing my manicure/ pedicure isn't no service animals illegal she kept her head down & wouldn't answer me!! Second off When I got into the pedi chair I had about 3 toes with very little leftover nail polish left on my toes she says oh you have nail polish on your toes I said ya she looks @ them for a second & says $5.00 to take that nail polish off!!! I was already there & invested but for real I should of gotten up for sure @ that point & walked out! Never ever have I gone to get a pedicure especially @ their prices & have gotten told that there will be an extra charge to take off nail polish!! Then I was still going to tip her in cash & I asked for change of a $20.00 instead of her breaking that $20.00 bill all the way down she gave me 2/$10.00 bills as if to say she was making sure I didn't give her anything less then $10.00!!! How didn't she know I wasn't giving her $15.00?? Whatever after charging me $5.00 to take nail polish off my toe nails she is lucky I gave her anything!!! Oh also when I first sat down she says gel or regular nail polish I said gel on my fingers she pulls out a folded book type with painted nails in it & says pick a color ( there was bottle after bottle of nail polish all over the place but she showed me a book with about 20 different colors) I said I do darker reds almost purple colors usually she points to the 1 darker red in the book & I said that will work she brings over the gel/regular combo over before starting my nails when she starts painting my nails she said do you like I said no it's almost pink she pulls out the book checks the # compares & says this is the 1 you picked!! I said it doesn't look like the 1 in the book she says I do 3 coats & I said then with 3 coats it should be closer in color she says ya she did all 10 doesn't say no more about the color that isn't what she showed me out of the book other than the regular nail polish not the gel is the color painted in the book!!! Ā Ā Ā Read more8/1/22....Okay so I've been coming to this nail salon for over 4 years. I usually make an appointment & sometimes I could walk in. Jennifer was usually my tech, if she wasn't available I was open to go to someone else. I've been satisfied everytime. Never had an issue with anyone. Recently they've been pretty busy so I'd just check back. Fast forward to today, I called & asked if they had any availability & I was told yes they're available & to come in. So I show up about 10min later. When I show up people are available & not working. All of a sudden I'm told everyone is waiting for their appointments & they can't take me which is very odd. I let them know I was told to come in, they said "yeah we know". So I asked about an appointment for Wednesday. They started acting really weird. They fake looked up the schedule and told me they don't have any availability for Wednesday because they do walk-in only everyday which literally contradicted what I was just told about them waiting for appointments. Jennifer walked away as I asked for clarification on what was going on because I was super confused. Maybe I was misunderstanding something. The one lady acted as if she wasn't trying to talk & then said "we don't want to do it for you!". Again I was confused as to what was going on, maybe I missed something, so I asked if anything happened that I wasn't aware of because I hadn't been there in about 2 months & everything was fine the last time I went. But again I was told that they didn't want to service me & shunned me away as the lady turned to walk away from me. I asked for a manager & I was told "there's no manager, we not do you". No one wanted to explain a rhyme or reason about what was going on. They were VERY unprofessional, RUDE, dismissive & nonchalant. They didn't care that I didn't understand the situation at hand. I was left with no answers. Needless to say I guess I won't be spending money here anymore, so neither will the people I've sent there to get services.
