Workers are sometimes advised of policies the manager wants enforced, but the requested policies are Not actually PF Policies. Example: Wednesday as members when signing up are told it's Mandatory to take a picture for the membership. This is Not a PF Policy. But ofcourse as workers they follow the Management lead... Joshua the Manager here is providing His Workforce a incorrect policy or policies. In my case I was an existing member and didn't have a picture on file. I was Denied Entry to the club for my no picture, even though I showed my ID to verify myself. Poor Management by Joshua.
By the way I was Denied Entry by a associate following Joshua's direction. my account financially was and is in good standing.
This was only resolved by calling PF Customer Service Line. Then Joshua's sent me an email indicated the correct policy, or the one I was already complying with previously Is the PF Policy . If you have membership concerns, questions on what the store is telling you.. question it. call PF Customer Service.
Did you want to cancel your membership, but your still getting charged? Call PF Customer Service. Your membership fees pays for the facilities existance, your membership dues pay for management's wages. Ask questions and verify if you need to, by calling theCustomer Service number.
If your not happy with something at the Chicago ave store, and you are not getting the results you think should get done? or a machine isn't Still working correctly? Call the number, all of a sudden things just might change.
Is management not resolving your concerns? Call PF Customer Service number.

Read moreSuch a bitersweet experience! I've been hopelessly waiting for this gym to open given the set time to had been weeks ago, per your representative that answers the phone. They offer promotions online as well as in person if you'd like to give these guys commission for misinformed opening dates.. anyway, id just appreciate an honest opening date rather than "licensing is required" and "waiting on the city." If this is the case, don't have people answer! Set your voicemail to "we are currently in the process of opening and happily accept registration in person or online. Leave your name and number if you'd like us to contact you once we are open for business! -- Now they are saying they're not set on a date which should have been voiced in the first place rather "this week" no "two weeks" and "end of January." Pros: they WILL be open 24/7 including gym access, tanning and massages. Maybe you should advise your manager to start a list of people inquiring and call them back when it opens instead of me calling every week given the response "We arent open yet but are you currently a member with us?" No, How can I be a member if you aren't open.. you mean am I utilizing this "black pass" in Moreno Valley which takes me 30 minutes to get to? Guess that's what your guest will have to do until you get your doors open. Based off these circumstances, I refuse to fund this location until I am treated correctly as a consumer. To put a Planet Fitness in Riverside was a great idea, so as a business owner, genius but your staff needs to be trained to these questions im sure are flooding in! I will happily leave an updated review once I experience the gym and re-evaluate your guest...
Read moreI've been a member here for about two years. I continue going here because it has all the equipment I need and it's cheap. The two star rating is primarily because of the consistent lack of upkeep of the men's restrooms. Literally 90% of the time there is no paper towel to dry your hands after you (try to) wash them. You might think this is not a problem, because you could just dry your hands under an electric hand dryer, of which there are two. Think again. The hand dryers have been out of service for the better part of two years. The inability to dry one's hands is especially problematic in the midst of a pandemic, as germs spread much more easily via wet hands than dry hands. Moreover, there is often a no soap in any of the three soap dispensers, making it impossible to actually wash one's hands after using the restroom. This is basic stuff, folks. There doesn't seem a ton of upkeep necessary to keep this place running. REGULARLY checking and restocking the restrooms should be priority number 1. I don't feel like we're asking a lot here. Look at this week alone. I went to the gym 4 days, all different times (i.e., morning, mid afternoon, later afternoon), and literally 0 of the times I went was there paper towel in the restroom. One of the days there was ZERO soap in any of the soap dispensers. Please do better! I feel like I shouldn't have to pay premium gym prices just to have well maintained restrooms. Or am I mistaken? Are clean, well-maintained restrooms actually considered premium amenities for which one needs to pay $50+ per month at another...
