Canton Chinese Food — Restaurant in Riverside

This place is sad. My son and I like this place but not in Riverside off university. The staff is very stand offish like they don't want you in there store. They rush you when your trying to see what all they have. They kinda rude expecially the man when he rings you up I was asking if I could have some sauces he was rude back at me like basically why u want sauce! What kinda sauce! I was like uh the sauces you be giving out for free and the lady that put the food together she tell him what kind of sauce to put in the bag she was calm but like as if she was telling him give her the sauce we always give you know what sauce why u act like that to her ? I was like I hate coming here I was just trying to give them a chance. Then they ask if I want to tip I was like uuhhh NO! I just got thru paying 13$ and you was rude! I will not go back pluss the food was bland. All the meat taste all the same flavor. The other Canton is in Moreno Valley THEY ARE WAAAY BETTER AND FRIENDLY. The food here does not taste good at all. I ordered teriyaki chicken, broccoli and beef with Chow mein. The teriyaki chicken had more skin than chicken which was disgusting. Honestly I've never been served teriyaki chicken with the skin. The beef and broccoli didn't have much flavor and it was slimy. The Chow mein had little flavor as well. They have a big menu. My daughter doesn't eat meat only seafood. They do have a pretty good selection of seafood plates. My daughter tried the shrimp with veggies and said it wasn't that good. Today was my party, and I accidentally came to this Chinese fast food restaurant. I found that they not only have steamed dishes, but also a lot of items, as well as vegetarian meals. My mother will be very happy to have so many vegetarian dishes. For meals, this store is very tidy overall. There are many customers during lunch time, but I waited about 15 minutes to get all my party trays. The food was served very quickly, and they were very enthusiastic to introduce it to me.
