I recently reached out through TikTok letting them know that my blue gg romper was never delivered. I was told that an xl would be re shipped. I received my romper but it is not a size xl. I got the black one in a Large and it fit me perfectly it was just a little cheeky and I asked for a xl for the blue one to have a little more coverage, however I did say that if xl wasn’t available that the Large is fine. The blue one I received does not fit at all. It is way too small and won’t go past my thighs. I think I might have gotten a size small or medium, but there aren’t any size tags on the romper for me to confirm. I had my friend who is a size s/m try it on and it fit her perfectly. I am very disappointed because I was hoping to wear this romper for my birthday on June 24th. I asked if there was anyway I could get the correct sized re shipped and they replied the next day asking me for my address to see if they would be able to ship on time. I gave them my address and never received a response back. I still have yet to receive a response back and it is July 4th. Each time I communicated with them about my issues they said that I could always return to get a refund almost like they would rather me just return the item and get a refund instead of making sure I’m satisfied and received my item. I messaged them through instagram and again my message was never seen. I sent a total of 2 emails and 2 instagram DMs with no response. I was unable to wear the pants because of their mistake. I was not expecting a refund but I was expecting for them to at least let me return for correct size or different item I could actually use. I messaged them again with in the 14 days and yet no other confirmation on a return or even to get my store credit. now I can’t return this item due to it being late.
