Full Body Balance (Negative Ion Store) — Attraction in Robinson Township

Rude workers, fake crystals, horrible prices. My daughter and her friends went in while I stood outside because I cannot stand the smell of this shop. When my daughter came out, her friends looked mad and she looked upset. I asked her what was wrong and she had told me the worker, with the glasses with red hair, had made fun of my daughter for not being able to remember the difference between two crystals with very similar names. (She is very knowledgeable about crystals) She also told me that at the checkout, after she had already paid, they stopped to smell aa essential oil mister. Her friends were taking about the smell, she had told them she smelt lemon grass, the worker (same worker from earlier) came up to her and said “did you not read the sign?”. The person then laughed at her for not understanding the sign and told her to read it again, then proceeded to laugh at her again when she didn’t understand it. My daughters friend had also bought rose quartz (a RAW piece was 7 dollars!) as well as black tourmaline. Unfortunately she had dropped the crystals and the tourmaline broke in half to reveal plastic on the inside. I inspected them myself when I got home, and many were mislabeled and did not appear real. I will probably not shop in this store ever again. I get kids can be annoying but the way my daughter and her friends were treated in this store was ignorant. They are a good group of kids with a passion about crystals and stones. Way to discourage our youth from a great hobby and interest. This store is “eh.” I used to go here when I was first beginning my work with crystals. The crystals and stones aren’t of very high quality (after gaining a lot more knowledge and shopping at other local stores that specialize in crystals and spirituality, I’m not convinced many of them are even real, which could explain why I don’t feel the energy from them as strongly). I’ve never had “bad” experiences with the workers, but they’re not very knowledgeable. Often times they ask me what the crystals are called, and they’ll ring them up incorrectly (which also means being charged incorrectly).
