I could go into all the specifics about my horrible last couple months with this club, but I'll try to keep it simple. This company is a franchise so people independently own and run them, but it seems as though corporate or whoever, doesn't communicate with these branches as well as the people who run the front desk.

I asked in advance what would be the process if I moved. If I could transfer my membership to another location or have to cancel and they told me I would have to cancel and make a new one at that location as it wasn't apart of the franchises they owned in the area. I asked how I would go about that and was never told that it needed to be by email and 30 days prior to my renewal date. Ended up having to pay for another month when I knew I'd be gone half the month for work traveling. The payment ended up not going through on my card and I didn't think much of it and thought they decided not to charge me cause I had complained. Turns out it was considered late but never got anything the days after and only 2 weeks later I'm getting calls and texts saying I have an outstanding balance on my account that needs to be paid before I incurred added fees. I called and asked if I paid I'd still be able to use my 4 credits, they said yes. I asked if they would be good a month out from this date or from my actual renewal date. They told me from that day. Turns out they were wrong... Got one class in and on the day my renewal would've taken place normally, my other 3 classes were wiped from my schedule, but my credits were still there in the app. I called and complained and they were able to get me added back to 1 class I had scheduled, had to reschedule the other two on completely different days. After my second class I got a call a couple days later saying that the reason they were wiped from my schedule was because my membership was scheduled to end that day and that I cannot attend my other classes and there's nothing they could do because my membership was cancelled. Crazy that the credits still showed in the app and it let the front desk people schedule me in classes past my cancellation date and they never noticed that in my account. If I had known my payment didn't go through the day of renewal and they emailed me or texted me about it (which I never got anything until weeks after) I would've paid then. If the person on the phone had told me I only had those couple weeks to use those 4 credits before my membership ended, I would've scheduled them accordingly to get my money's worth.

It just seems like they are not on top of things and no one tells you the real deal until it's too late and because of that I got scammed out of 2 classes, because it's apparently my fault since I paid my last month late but had they communicated properly I would've scheduled the classes accordingly before my membership was up.

Giving it 2 stars instead of just 1 because the equipment is nice and I did enjoy my classes here, although some instructors for level 1 classes are quite different from one another as far as difficulty. Certain instructors shouldn't be doing the absolute most for a level 1 class, especially because there may be people who have one taken a couple classes before or none...

I signed up a month ago, during the introduction class it was asked about the waitlist on many of their classes at that time. The answer from the studio was you should not have a problem getting into classes because many people drop out of the classes Well, the first two weeks I signed up for 6 classes and was only able to get into one and was only notified less than one hour before that class started. I emailed the studio telling them i am willing to pay for the first month since I had attended one class and wanted to cancel the membership since I could not get into the class. The front desk as well as the manager I ended talking to said i a committed for 3 months. I explained that I could not get into the classes. They stated it was just a busy week because of spring break. I told them the week before spring break was just as bad and could not get into the classes. They would not budge on canceling my additional 2 month membership. I was only able to attend 3 classes (I paid for 4) the first month after registering and waitlisted for 9 classes. The month of April I am currently registered for two classes on April 20 and April 25th (13th and 11th waitlisted) so I not optimistic I will get in. If I do get in it will be a last minute notification one hour or so before. So if you want to schedule your life and hopes you get a call to get in the class last minute that is great. They have more students than reformers available and do not admit they have a problem. My first red flag should be the 3 month commitment. I can say the instructors I had are great (thus the one star) but their policy of taking more clients than they have reformers is a problem and they honestly don't care as per corporate direction. Just wanting to let everyone out there now before you make the same...

First off. This place is a scam. You can do Pilates everywhere but this place is ridiculous scam & I have time today. When I sign up for club Pilates. They told me I needed to do 3 month trial. That’s fine. I did two months the third month I didn’t do one class due to family issue and the fact the gym is tiny and the classes are so short. 50 mins. Then they rush you out the facility because they have another class coming in 10 mins. So I called to cancel my membership. They they told me I have to do a 30 day notice to cancel my membership. They never told me that. But they made sure to tell me I need to have my membership for 3 months. I have the package 200 a month for 8 days. Be mindful, when I first started coming they had unlimited for 240, I told the last if I like it wanted to upgrade and she said that’s fines but now today she’s saying if I change to unlimited I have to sign another 3 months. Then after I canceled my membership she told me, I have to give a 30 day notice I asked her to downgrade to the 4 days a week for 100 because I don’t like this and she said I bc can’t do that. Honestly I would never advise people to go here I had 3 people go to club Pilates & I would never refer anyone ever again just to get a memebership ...

It's not a secret that I find Pilates to be one of the best exercise forms for overall strength and mental well being. I've been telling my friends and whoever asks me me for years since I've been using Pilates for more than 50 years now! I was in an auto accident when I was young and needed exercise to strengthen my back to avoid surgery. Thank God I discovered Pilates ! Now in my 80's I still do quite well with almost any activities because my body has been tuned up with all forms of Pilates over the years! Hopefully I can continue doing it for many years yet!

Classes are booked out weeks in advance and you’re put on a waitlist with 4+ other people everytime. You pay for the class credits ahead of time but they don’t roll over if they aren’t used. If you can’t get into a class because they are always booked it’s a waste of money! So disappointing and discouraging to first time Pilates students.

Such an amazing studio. I have been taking classes for over a month now and have seen results. The instructors are so kind and explain every movement perfectly. I would 100% recommend trying the free class to test it out and joining same day. Once you try it you will be hooked.
