😡😡😡😡I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT HERE AGAIN i’ve been coming here for 15 years and today was it. The elderly cashier in the self check out needs to be fired or put on a different type of task job. She is literally out of her marbles. I like to go to Self checkout, because I am a big germ a phobic person I do not like plastic I like my things bagged up and organized a certain way. This lady comes up to me and starts moving my things around telling me I need to scan them a certain way. I politely told her that I do not need her help and I have OCD and I do not like anyone touching my things. Then she turns around and starts watching my every move comes back again and move my things and I politely told her again I have scanned everything. I will show you my receipt when I am done.🤦🏻♀️ you would think that she would respect the customer and just do her job but no she proceeds to come and touch my things again and says you haven’t scanned this item. I ignored her because I just I’m not going to deal with miserable people at all today then she comes and snatches my drink out of my purse area and says you didn’t scan this one. I told her that I walked in with this and she needs to back off and stop touching my things with those nasty hands that she’s been touching other peoples screen and money all day that was the most disrespectful thing I’ve ever experienced in my life this place just lost so much business from me and I know that. Whoever is reading this probably doesn’t care, but I will make the effort to drive an extra 15 to 20 minutes just so I don’t have to come to this...
Read moreThe team members at the service desk are the worse they’re slow and don’t take care of business. I went there Friday to see if I can get twenty instead of 100”s and the guy with blond hair ask another girl that I always had issues with. She said we don’t do that I was so mad bc I know you can see if it was real because you guys have a black pen there because my mom friend works at Meijers. The sad thing is I went to dollar store down the street and asked if they can do it and yes they cashed them for me bc I had to go out of the state that same day. This is not my first time I had issues with this Meijer but I left it go. One other time I went to return something and they shorted me 20.00 and went back and told the girl that works at the desk u shorted me. Another time I had to wait 25 min in line to they helped me out. I told the girl this is unacceptable to wait this long in line. She was too busy talking and the service coordinator went to the desk and didn’t help to put the desk down at all. In my you don’t treat. The funny thing is Meijer makes more money and didn’t help me with cashing a 100.00 dollar bill and the dollar tree makes less and they helped out. I do not recommend this Meijer bad customer service I will never go there again they lost a customer. I will go and shop at Washington township Meijer they have good customer service friend and will help u with your needs. Plus there store just got remodeled and looks cleaner and fresher and the workers are amazing. Good job for losing a customer and I will tell everyone what kind of customer...
Read moreGod awful Meijer location, not deserving of a single star in fact. Whoever planned their redesign and subsequent construction ought to be ashamed of the ham-fisted and asinine approach taken to doing so.
But construction is only temporary, what is permanent and everlasting with this store is their constantly screwing up at the register. Three consecutive trips I used the register (as opposed to self-checkout) and three consecutive trips these clowns straight up forgot to give me nearly half the groceries I paid for. When I returned to the store livid that I had to enter the hellhole TWICE in a day, the manager's reply each time was that I was free to go get the items off the shelves again.
What in the crap kind of offer is that?! "Traverse a store the size of a small city and pick out the things you already spent the afternoon shopping for, and we won't charge you for them again." How about you get some of the dunces responsible for making each trip to Meijer in Rochester Hills so miserable to run through the aisles and collect the items I paid for that Meijer saw fit not to give me in the first place!
Truly the worst Meijer store in southeast Michigan by an absurd margin. This place makes Waterford's store look upscale somehow in comparison.
The bakery cookies were also wildly overcooked every single time I bought them, but I learned this Meijer location is where they send their dimmest and worst instead of their brightest and best so I don't bother with any of the store made goods any longer. The Hayes and Hall Road store should annex...
