University Square — Attraction in Rochester Hills

They have a lot of decent stores here, but Trader Joe's and the Hallmark shop are my favorite places. TJ's aside from being small and it doesn't take long to be in and out in a jiff, it has an excellent selection of meats, cheese, veggies, dairy, snack foods and has always had the best fresh cut flowers at a very good price. If I'm in the area, my wife usually gets a bunch. Hallmark speaks for itself. There's also a Busch's supermarket that gets a lot of traffic, but I have never shopped there. This shopping center is at least worth a drive by, I bet you'll likely stop...

Love this plaza lots of grest choices for shopping. My favorite place to go in here is Trader Joe's. Its such a cool little grocery store where you can find lots of niche items. The pet store on the end right by trader Joe's also looks really nice but we havent bought anything from there.

I've used the ACE hardware store before id recommend them for quick pickups. Oceania Inn the chinese restaurant is ok but just right down the road on walton is Moy Kong a little hole in the wall and personally I like their food more.

Great selection of shops and stores. Love the Williams Sonoma Store. Traffic can be congested and walking around might be the best option. Lots of parking in the rear. Good place to window shop if anything. Getting in and out can be challenging depending on the time of day at times as well. They do an excellent job with decorating during all the holidays.
