The OWNER is extremely rude. I was VERY appalled by how she responded to me simply informing her she made a mistake. It was her attitude and disrespect toward me! Because I didn’t inform her in a rude manner. After being called out on her disrespect shes now wants to play the victim. I was met with disrespect the minute I informed her the order was incorrect. In fact I would have gladly drank and paid for the drink NO PROBLEM (after all it was just a drink, a cheap one at that) although it wasn’t what I ordered. What a way to treat a grieving family (this happened at a repast). She could’ve handled that situation so much better! she received the reaction she was looking for though 😉 I willingly left her establishment and will never return. The people that apologized to her “repeatedly” weren’t my family and she knows that. But they did informed me she was the owner and their boss. I guess that means she can treat people however and play victim. I’m just not those people! My family that witnessed the disrespect left with me! Remember for every action there’s a reaction miss owner! & Because someone meets you with the same energy you displayed doesn’t excuse your behavior! You’re NOT innocent ma’am! She also keeps saying she “donated her time” she donated her “time” to HER EMPLOYEES and treated their...
Read moreAs a performer, I recently had one of the worst experiences at LC’s. Do not perform here.
I was hired to play an evening of original music to end a music festival, and ended up cutting it short and leaving because of both the clientele and staff. Trust me, I know bar scenes, and I’ve never had such belligerent people come up and harass me simply because I was playing music I was hired to, which for the record are dance and hip-hop tunes that the fest thought would fit the scene. I’m aware my music might not be for everyone still, but what a horrible environment for any performer.
The cherry on top was when one security guard came up to me and said “Play the cha-cha slide or some sh— people know, or we’re going to shut you down” so I went ahead and called quits it myself. I was replaced by their preferred DJ - an iPhone plugged into the speaker. Throughout the night there was other behavior by security staff that was unprofessional and borderline uncomfortable that I don’t need to go into here.
In a town with so few places for original music, it’s a shame to see one pretending to be but supporting that sort of culture and attitude. I’ve shared these opinions publicly elsewhere and no one I know will be performing at or attending this venue again. I would give 0...
Read moreMy husband and I selected LC's Venue to host our wedding back in February of 2025 after touring many alternatives in Rochester and the surrounding area weeks leading up to a final selection date. We reached out via email/website for the initial contact and were met with prompt responses of availability for a tour date and time. During the tour, we found the venue to be clean and tidy(including restrooms), tastefully decorated to fit any theme and friendly faces willing to answer any questions. The willingness from Cassie and Brandan to answer questions and help solve problems promptly throughout the planning process and big day was so greatly appreciated by both of us. Shout out to their bartenders Autumn & Sam for doing a fantastic job, working their butt's off to ensure our 100 person party and other vendors were well taken care of. All in all, we will recommend any new couple looking to get married to put this place on their list to check out because of the best customer service through out the whole process, it was fantastically priced and located conveniently between 2 hotels.
Thanks again to Cassie, Brandon, Autumn & Sam. You all were great! Neil...
