I wanted a sweater in a different color and the associate offered to order it for me but I would incur shipping of $8 or so. I got a color I didn’t want anyway. Yesterday I went to Minneapolis and took the sweater I didn’t want with me. They didn’t have the correct color but offered to have it shipped to me free of charge. Why would the same company treat me so differently? Not happy with...

Associate that was working was incredibly rude. I was looking at something cute and she came up to me saying "there is no way that stuff over there would fit you" and pointed me to the extra large section I mean I'm 5'10 but only 130lbs... instantly feeling body...
