I lived in Harbor Hill for about 8 months. Initially, my complaints were 1) the reception was horrible. I had 0 bars in my apartment and could only make wifi calls, and 2) the gates were broken often although they tried to fix them quickly. The reason for the one star is on move-out they retained $100 for cleaning fee, trash removal and drywall repair. I had my apartment professionally cleaned and left it cleaner than it was when I moved in and she absolutely left no trash behind because I checked it. Why would I pay for cleaning and then leave trash. It makes no sense and I wouldn't. Also, I signed a shorter term lease intentionally and did not hang any photos because I knew my stay would be short. So, any repairs needed would have been there from when I moved in. In Texas, it is illegal to charge a cleaning fee when no cleaning was necessary. This was very disappointing and ruined my entire perception with this nonsense.

Outstanding management and maintenance personnel. All issues are addressed immediately and on time. Management creates a social calendar monthly that is fun and entertaining. The community is very diverse and friendly. We currently have a 15 month lease, our future plan is to renew lease and continue to enjoy our new found home. Management makes us feel like family.

The property is new but beautiful! Moved in recently and the views are so amazing! Not to close to the freeway and not tucked away behind other buildings!! Chelsea has always been super attentive and Eddie was such a delight to work with!! I have no regrets with making this new property my new home!!

Management That Truly Excels

Choosing a place to live is about more than just the physical space; it's about the people who make it a home. And when it comes to the management at Harbor Hill Apartments, they don't just meet expectations—they consistently exceed them with unparalleled dedication and a genuine commitment to their residents. After 20 years of renting, I can confidently say that Harbor Hill Apartments stands head and shoulders above the rest, thanks to its exceptional management team. This isn't a solicited review, but a heartfelt expression of gratitude for the outstanding service I've consistently received.

At the heart of this exemplary operation is Chelsea, the property manager, who embodies what it means to truly serve. Her dedication to resident satisfaction is remarkable. On the rare occasion an expectation wasn't met, Chelsea's response was not just professional, but deeply empathetic. She mirrored my concern with a sincere desire to resolve the issue, going above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. Her proactive approach and genuine care create an environment where residents feel heard, valued, and genuinely cared for.

The excellence extends seamlessly to every member of the team. Anthony, the maintenance professional, is truly incredible. He's always prepared, with his tools at the ready, ensuring any issue is addressed promptly and efficiently. His dedication to maintaining the property and assisting residents is evident in every interaction. Then there's Kia, who brings a ray of sunshine to every weekend interaction. Her joyful demeanor and helpful spirit make a noticeable difference, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere of the community. Even the individual responsible for exterior cleaning consistently goes the extra mile, often personally delivering large and heavy packages directly to residents' doors, a thoughtful gesture that speaks volumes about the team's commitment to convenience and service.

In an industry where good management can be hard to find, Harbor Hill Apartments sets the gold standard. Chelsea and her entire team deserve immense credit for creating such a positive and well-maintained living environment. I wholeheartedly recommend Harbor Hill Apartments, giving Chelsea and her team a resounding 10 out of 10. You won't find a more dedicated, professional, and genuinely caring property management...

Honestly, if anyone’s thinking about moving into Harbor Hill Apartments, I’d highly recommend looking somewhere else. If I could give this review 0 stars, I would. I lived here long enough to see how frustrating and unsafe this place can be. At first glance, it looks decent , but once you’re actually a resident, all the problems start showing up. The cell service is practically nonexistent. You’ll be forced to rely on Wi-Fi calling just to make or receive calls, and even that drops constantly. It’s beyond annoying not being able to use your phone normally in your own home. Combine that with the fact that there’s no real cell reception anywhere on the property, and it becomes a daily headache. On top of that, the guest parking is ridiculous — $18 per day, and they’ll tow with zero warning if your guest forgets or makes one small mistake. It’s stressful inviting anyone over when you know they might get towed or overcharged. The maintenance here is another major issue. It took them months to get my AC working during the summer, which is completely unacceptable. You’ll put in tickets, and they’ll either take forever or not follow up at all. There’s no sense of urgency or care for residents’ comfort. And honestly, the environment doesn’t feel safe. There are sketchy people hanging around, and the overall vibe just isn’t secure or family-friendly. You shouldn’t have to second-guess your safety where you live, but here, it always felt uneasy. I’m so glad I moved to Reveal on the Lake. It’s so much safer, cleaner, and way more peaceful. The management there actually cares, and there aren’t a bunch of unnecessary rules or fees like Harbor Hill. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, I recommend checking out apartments in Rowlett instead. You’ll get better service, safer surroundings, and way more value...

I've lived at Harbor Hill for three months now, and it's been a genuinely pleasant and peaceful experience. The atmosphere is calm, and the community feels welcoming. Most of my interactions have been with Eddie, who is fantastic—friendly, helpful, and professional. The entire management team shares those same qualities and has been consistently responsive and approachable. They go above and beyond to create a sense of community by organizing regular events like cookouts, pizza nights, and other gatherings. There are often snacks and treats available in the office, which adds a nice, personal touch. The property itself is very well-maintained—always clean and thoughtfully cared for. Management communicates clearly and in advance whenever maintenance might affect residents, which I really appreciate. Amenities are also a strong point: there's a gated parking garage with plenty of space, even for those without reserved spots. The pool, courtyard with grills and ample seating, various lounges, and the gym all contribute to a comfortable and enjoyable living environment. Lastly, every neighbor I’ve met so far has been friendly...
