DFW Boat Ride — Attraction in Dallas

We came here for an bridal shower right before my wedding. I have to say that this will now become the go to way to celebrate all our family functions! Captains Michael and Greta were absolute incredible. They really welcomed us on board with such open arms, that this already felt like home. I really wish Yelp would allow me to give them more than 5 stars.

Before we even came to our cruise, we already experienced so much of their care and consideration. The weather had been forecasted to be awful the week of my wedding, and especially the day we booked the cruise. When we called them to ask about their rain friendly options, they were extremely generous. The assured us to not worry and they would keep another boat (their larger covered one) as a backup in case the rain would get worse. When we called them a day later to ask if we could change the date to one where the weather wasn't as bad, they enthusiastically said no problem and accommodated our request.

Since we were doing a cruise for my bridal shower, we went with a "Last Sail Before the Veil" theme. Greta not only volunteered to hang up a banner for us, she took painstaking efforts to make it perfect. The banner had these extra attachments to connect letters. She spent considerable time taping each letter individually and cutting the extra pieces so that the banner looked extremely elegant.

They went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience in the cruise. Michael and Greta spent plenty of time making sure we had the perfect photos for our memories. They even pointed out water bottles on a table and suggested we move them so they wouldn't show up in our photos.

One thing I really do have to highlight is how much they care about safety, while making sure everyone has a great time. They were extremely considerate about COVID and making sure our family was comfortable. They also advocated for any other potential safety issues well.

All in all, I would highly recommend this boat cruise. It's the kind of function we will think about fondly for years. I am sure that as soon as you get on board, you'll already want to start making plans for...

I planned to have my friends and I take a ride for my birthday after dinner and it did not go as planned at all. The crew members were very rude and were not willing to work with us as we had a lot of trouble finding our way to the boat and missed the exit. We understood there would be trouble getting to the boat because of the construction and that we would have to try and get there as early as possible but things happen. I called and asked if they could possibly wait just five minutes because we were at the dock but couldn’t find a way down and we’re running late. They said they did not mind to wait 5 minutes. I got there within five minutes and the other half of my guest waited at the gate for me. They even witnessed other couples getting there a few minutes late as well. The crew member tried to close the gate on us physically and was very rude. Even when we got on the boat I asked why he was being that way and he ignored me and was on his phone and then the captain got up and yelled at me and raised his voice at me and all of my guest. It was very embarrassing and mind you, not one guest on that boat had a problem with any late arrivals. It did not disrupt anyone else’s evening and everyone had a great time. I tried to contact a supervisor and they didn’t want to believe me and have not yet helped me find a solution to this situation. DFW Boat Sapphire Moon I had a party of 3. It was our first boat ride ever and we were sooo excited!! Check in was really smooth and it seemed really really fun. We found a seat and that’s when it went ALL the way down hill. I first sat at the bar because the top was closed until we started moving. And I saw a big black spider by the bar and I switched seats thinking it’s just one but boy oh boy I had another thing coming!! This boat is INFESTED with BIG BLACK spiders and baby spiders. And do you want to know what my worse fear is??? SPIDERS!!! My anxiety sky rocketed!!!! The whole hour boat ride was me telling the worker “ there’s another one” “ its one right there!!” I tried to go up top thinking maybe it would be none up there WRONG!!! They were all on the rails. I did not put my feet on the ground because I was sooo scared!! Now don’t get me wrong they had REALLY nice music, but I will never ride again just because they had bugs.
