Do NOT come here unless you want to be treated like absolute garbage by a rude, aggressive by a middle age Hispanic staff member. There’s an older Hispanic man with a WHITE MUSTACHE who works here, and he is beyond disrespectful. His attitude is disgusting, and he’s clearly only “helping” customers in hopes of getting tipped.

My family and I have lived in the U.S. for 16 years. We used to come to Fresh Farms often because of their halal products and prices. Even though we moved to the suburbs more than 6 years ago, we still come to fresh farm in devon. But this man has completely ruined our experience more than once. He once threw a $1 bill at my mom just because she didn’t tip him for helping carry a bag. Who does that?! That’s not help — that’s harassment.

Yesterday was the final straw. I asked for help with a bag of onions because my mom is old and I am a very skinny person who can’t lift much. After he put the items in the car, I smiled and politely said thank you — and this man lost it. He began yelling at me for not giving a tip, started walking up to the car door to make sure I hear him full of rage like he was ready to get physical. I was genuinely scared and had to rush into my car to avoid a possible confrontation. I had already told my mom to stay in the car because we’ve experienced this man’s attitude before. NO customer should feel THREATENED or UNSAFE for simply saying “thank you” instead of handing over cash.

This is completely unacceptable, and Fresh Farms should be ashamed to have someone like him on their staff. It reflects horribly on the business. It’s shocking and disgraceful that a store would let someone like this keep working around customers.

If you care about being treated with basic human decency, go to World Fresh Market or Patel Brothers instead. They help customers without demanding tips or throwing tantrums. Fresh Farms has officially lost our...

Rude, disgraceful and unethical for having someone's car towed when they were not actively shopping there. We have given this place quite a bit of business before and will not give business again if we cannot utilize the parking if we are not shopping. Who would have a customer's car towed because they were not actively shopping. Eventually this place and their low decency should hurt their business. If the customer's car is towed what makes this place think that someone would want to come back. Did not even bother seeing that the customer had stitches and was not able to walk properly. All hands off approach when someone is screwed over, you also will not be receiving any business from us and ensure that Better Business Bureau investigates this kind of Businesses who only give a rat's behind about the business making money but no extension personally of any sort.

I would never have seen for extra 30 minutes this Business would have car towed and. This is outrageous and this business should absolutely not allow to operate with such ruthless, narrow vision and robbing mentality.

I see my experience has been shared among several other customers as well. Is this a new mechanism for Fresh Farms to make more money in partnership with a hick towing services with robbing people and hanging up instead of professionally...

The worst experiences I had while shopping with my friends and my friend had to pay almost $300 for what he has not done. He parked his car outside in the parking lot and we were shopping in the store all of my friends were inside the store and still someone called the towing company and towed my friends car which was really unacceptable, we talked with the manager and the people working there, but they were really not helpful rather than rude. They never gave us the phone number for the owner so that we can talk. We had to figure it everything out by ourselves and it was a late night and it got really difficult for us as students to figure everything out and no help was given to us by the store. We have been shopping in that store since past couple of years but this was a very bad experience and I will recommend people to be just very careful about this because if you are still shopping inside the store, they can still tow your car for no reason and make money from the towing company so just be very careful and try not to park in their parking space.
