I had a terrible experience today at Joy Alukkas due to their poor customer service and lack of customer satisfaction. Their gold scheme has no auto-payment system, which is extremely frustrating. As humans, we sometimes forget to make payments on time, and without an automatic payment option, it becomes even more difficult to stay on track.
I joined a gold scheme last year and have been making payments for 12 months. After traveling 8 hours to redeem it, I was told that my payments had been delayed and that they wouldn’t process the redemption today. Instead, they asked me to come back next month. This means I now have to travel another 8 hours just to try again. The delay happened because they don’t offer an auto-payment system, yet they blamed me entirely for the issue without any consideration.
To make matters worse, they are not even contributing their share to the scheme, making it a complete scam. They take money from customers but fail to add their promised contribution. This scheme is a total waste of time and money, especially since gold prices keep increasing daily. Getting stuck in their scheme without any real benefits or discounts is not worth it. After 3 weeks, it started showing these black dots on the bangles . We went to the store and showed this. They said it's just dust and it will come off after polishing. They did the polished and gave back after a few days , those black dots started coming back. When I called them for a refund, they said they can't refund it. They said they will take the bangles back but they will reduce the price like rocket (mangers Dixson and Anthony) started arguing. Now gold rates are going up they started arguing (unprofessional) and not accepting their product manufacturing defects. Please be aware of their products . They have lost a customer. All the terms and conditions works on his own please check with this guy otherwise there is lots of lose for customers. For example Joyalukkas is offering 100% value on old gold exchange but this guy rules are for 97% and again for 24k gold bar the buying price is 1$ less which was given for us was $85.55 buying price but they sell for $86.55 as well as premium charges of 60$ for 1 ounce.OMG too many charges !!Was all these rules are decided by a store manager really!!
