Our sales experience with sales rep Angie Dickens was phenomenal. Angie was exceptionally knowledgeable about the products in the store. She answered all our questions and made suggestions concerning the decor, which was very helpful in putting an ensemble together. Angie has an incredible eye for design. Angie was also very professional and made us feel right at home. She approached us as soon as we walked into the store and introduced herself. Angie was not aggressive and after finding out what we were looking for, pointed us in the right directions and allowed us to browse around until we were ready to ask questions. I feel that Woodstock is very fortunate to have a rep such as Angie and would be well served in allowing someone like Angie to be a mentor to less experienced sales...

Great selection... Great prices. Got free delivery. But, the delivery guys told me they could have sprayed fabric protection on at the warehouse. Instead, my mother had to do it as I was in bed with a kidney infection, trying to keep down antibiotics. She sprayed it outside and had all windows open with fans blowing out and an air purifier running. I paid over $60 for 3 cans at the store, even mentioning to our sales lady that I did not want to spray chemicals around my kids. Not sure why she didn't mention this but it ticked me off, especially since it smelled like cockroach spray! Even with the bedroom door shut and a towel...

Our experience was outstanding with Amanda Gaddis this morning in helping me and my dad pic out a new sofa for his home. Her knowledge of explaining the make and brand of the sofa we picked was exceptional and her skills in sales was also. She was never pushy, rude or unattending to our questions and went above in making sure that my dad had found exactly what he was looking for.
