TW has the worst customer service. When you approach them, they ask, "What you need"? as if you're invading their space & they want you off NOW! After showing one rep the part that I needed, he immediately nodded his head, used a deep, low, authoritarian voice to say, "Don't have". His body language spelled "LEAVE. You're not welcomed here". The 2nd rep that I approached was worse. He didn't even look at me. He didn't talk to me. He just nodded his head NO. I don't care if these reps are foreigners. They need to show courtesy to all customers. If they don't speak perfect English, we could have communicated by pointing/body signs but their attitude just showed that they're racists, that they will not help you & they want you off their premises!!! They were trying to sell items that they have overstock, and lied to consumers about inventory. They tried to trap consumers buying something they dont want.

I was helped by a guy who knew what i needed and he told me to wait outside. He created an invoice and someone else brought the parts out to me. I got the parts i needed and price was good. So im happy. I guess they could be friendlier but it worked...
