HarMar Mall is a poster child for missed opportunities. I give it two stars for the tenants resiliency in the face of it's owners willful disregard. It is a centrally located landmark in a vibrant first ring suburb at the busiest intersection of the city. It has small family run businesses that directly support our community with jobs and taxes combined with viable national anchor businesses. BUT, The facility is dangerously in need of updates and repairs, especially the outdated flat roof which leaks continually in multiple businesses and dark rundown corridors.

HarMar is owned and operated by the Vanbarton Group in New York City, who have taken few if any proactive steps for the health and safety of their tenants or customers. I am gravely concerned they are just waiting for the inevitable structural collapse and use that as the justification for razing this Twin Cities landmark for yet another anonymous big box retailer. Roseville is better than that. Our small businesses reflect the health and breadth of our communities interests. One only need look at what Rosedale has done to remain vital and relevant in the face of changing retail demands to see an effective remedy. We need HarMar as an asset in our community not...

I used to, past tense, go to the Sport Clips at this location. After two poor hair cuts from two different stylists, I found another place to go. (The Sport Clips at the Quarry, and it is great!) The last cut was terrible. They customarily show you the back of your head with a mirror so that you can see the way they cut the back of your head, but that time she didn't and I know why. As soon as my wife saw the back of my head she asked if they had cut the back different lengths on purpose (because I wear my hair in a messy style). She cut my neck line crooked. It was about half an inch longer on one side than the other. It made me examine my head closer. I had tufts of hair that were longer than others, and when I got home I had to cut the hair close to my ears because the tufts of hair hanging over my ears were very noticeable. (I wear my hair in a very short style - 1.5 inches long at the longest point. ) I do not plan to...

I quite like this mall! The stores are great! There needs to be changes made to keep the MALL part of it alive though! Right now it’s more like a strip mall! Half the stores are closed from the inside and you have to walk around the outside! They need to start having a requirement of opening the security gates on Saturdays or something as walking all the way around the building to get into barns and noble is annoying. Once there was also a security lady that followed me and my group of friends around for multiple minutes after we did nothing and were waiting for our friends to leave the bathroom. It left us very uncomfortable. This mall hold a special place in my heart and I want to see it continue. Please make improvements

They say malls are a thing of the past. This mall definitely is in decline, but it is still very clean and well maintained. Almost every store may be accessed from the outside. Several stay open later than the mall, especially the food court. When I say it is in decline, I refer to the stores located here. There are many empty storefronts. For the existing stores, several have locked the interior mall doors, forcing you to enter them from the outside. The bathrooms are small but reasonably clean. The corridors are long and winding and fairly quiet. I always see security present, especially in the parking lot at night. UPDATE: A new liquor store was added next to the bookstore.

It was great!! Took my son there for a mother son lunch date and he loved it!! The service was great and the atmosphere was comfortable. I thought the portions might be small but woo was I wrong!! We had the takoyaki and spicy wings with our ramen. I got the beef ramen and my son had the shred choui sho (bad spelling I know)everything tasted amazing and the price was very reasonable. Definitely going back for a date night with my hubby.
