Kaiser Permanente Roseville MD — Attraction in Roseville

It's unfortunate that you can't separate the reviews between locations since some of these are for the hospital, some for pediatrics and some for other offices. My experience with pediatrics has always been top notch. I have children age 13 to 35 and they've been going here for 30 years. I serioulsy couldn't ask for better doctors. They take all the time you need, respond quickly to emails and phone calls and are just over the top caring. For adult medicine, I've had mixed feelings. There are times I've had to push for tests I wanted (either for myself or my parents) that were considered specialties but I found that can be true with other insurance too. The staff and Dr.s have ALWAYS been real polite, and nice. They are VERY compassionate, and sincere about wanting to get one back to be as healthy as possible. I WOULD recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE! Too bad that I don't have Kaiser Medical Health Insurance. If it was affordable for me currently, I WOULD without a doubt, hands down have health coverage through Kaiser. Dr.Cerny is also VERY AWESOME. Such an AMAZING Dr. She truly wants her patients in the best health...

Kaiser, I truly hope you read these reviews, Currently there is a wonderful woman staying in your oncology wing. She is stage 4 terminal. She has asked her PCT to change her sheets for days now. All the PCT could do was roll her eyes at her and tell her she was too busy. Is this how you treat patients? It saddens me to hear this!!!!! Also, just so you know... this complaint is on several cancer groups about your facility seen by thousands. I hope you make this right...
