Terrible work ethic & even worse customer service! It seems like if they can't take advantage of you, they will refuse to do business with you. I overheard one of the reps say "give him $5 for about half a gram"(14k). I asked for the weight of the items they were interested in and I swear I was at the dentist because it was like pulling teeth. She looked at me as though I was speaking a foreign language. After I asked for the weight and they responded with disrespect, I asked, "why are you being so rude? I just want to know the weight." They turn into Jekyll & Hyde and got so disgruntled they refused service. They wouldn't tell me their names when asked...so I took their picture. The star is for the employees that refused service(see pic below), I brought the same batch of scrap jewelrey to another shop and received more then twice as much...

If I would be able to give this place a zero I 1000 would. I came in to sell my 10.9 IPad Air Blue Best Buy has them selling for $499 Not including the Apple Pencil and extra $200. He quoted me $100 he claimed that Best Buy has it up for sale for $260 when he showed me the iPad he was looking at I tried to explain to him that it was the wrong one he was looking up and explained that mine was not the IPad Air 10.9 gray that it was the new one and my iPad is blue. He told me that pretty much he didn’t care that’s what showed up on his computer. Tried to explain he has the wrong iPad pulled up and he said well idc have a good day. This place is AMAZING!!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I've never experienced customer service like this at a pawn shop(or anywhere else, for that matter!); these guys truly go above and beyond! Brittany and Tony were really kind and helpful, not to mention HILARIOUS, which really added some positivity to my crappy day. The manager, Dylan, was super chill and friendly...And even though I had only gone in to sell THEM some items, Dominic helped me find a ton of stuff I just had to take home with me! He is truly an extraordinary salesman, insisting that I couldn't leave without buying something first! Thanks Dom, for going above and beyond...there's no one quite like you at...
