Absolute worst experience at a retail business i have ever experienced. Each and every time I spoke with an employee at the store, I was lied to. I placed an order for a battery with installation with the manager Nick on January 29. He assured me they could replace the phone battery, total cost was $40.00 and it would arrive within 3 to 4 business days. I followed up five days later and the employee at the store had no record of an order under my name. He assured me the manager, Nick, would call me when he arrived at the store Monday morning. I received a call on Wednesday at which time I was told the order was made, and the employee I spoke to was wrong. Nick was looking at my order in the computer. He stated it woukd be in within 3 to 4 days. 10 days later I get a call that my battery arrived. When I went to the store for installation I was told that they do not install this phone battery. And if they did install this type, it is an additional fee beyond the $40.00. The employees could offer no explanation, and instead read me a list of phones that they do install batteries for. They were gracious enough to offer to cancel my order for a battery they will not install. Everyone in the store including the manager is clueless, I do not understand how a business that overcharges for batteries to begin with, can I have such poor customer service and remain open. Read moreThey couldn't fix my iPhone 11 cracked screen. My wife called ahead to to make sure they could fix the screens and also had the parts in stock. We went to ubreakifix the day before and they did not have the screens in stock. So we go to this specific store, because they said they could fix our phones. I go up to the counter and the young man says "sure we can help you out I just have a mildly lengthy couple of questions and we will get your signed and out of here." So I go through the process, then go through the process again with my wife. And the last thing the guys says to me before I l eave after 20 minutes of being in the store. THE LAST THING: " We may not be able to fix your screen because your iphone is red." I said, oh are they different than other colors? He said "I don't know, I just know they break when i work on them sometimes".
This information would have been nice to have at first glance that the phone was red... So he ended up giving me hope they would be able to fix and I went on my way, but when my wife went to go pick up both of our phones. Mine was not fixed. He said his manager wouldn't allow it. Read moreI ordered 2 batteries to be shipped from another store...I foolishly paid with my card prior to getting items, then was told they would be in. TUESDAY the 13th came and went. I called Wednesday the 14th and was told I would be called back, never took my info, never got called. I went to store Thursday the 15th at 6:10pm only to find a printed sign saying closed at 6pm. Then on FRIDAY the 16th went back AGAIN...only to be told by the rep that the wrong batteries were sent and not to expect them until at least April 19th! Never once was I called to address the stores issues, and I have YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND OF BATTERIES, Since I've already now just ordered through Amazon (what I should have done in the first place) and already have the batteries at a 1/3 of what I was charged from Batteries + Bulbs! I'm super disappointed because I used to recommend this store all the time from previous purchases that were great, but this completely changed all that!
