Jason Guven Fine Jewelry is a “gem” of a jewelry store. I discovered it recently on the southeast corner of Holcomb Bridge and GA400 and instantly recognized the name. When I first moved to Atlanta 25 years ago, I found the original Guven Fine Jewelry location on Pleasant Hill started by three brothers. It became the only jewelry store I completely trusted. That location moved to Mall of Georgia and then a second brother opened a location in Alpharetta. Now a third brother has opened a location convenient to me in Roswell. This store is similar to the other two in that it is large with a huge selection of exquisite jewelry. Based on the repair I had done and a necklace purchase, I felt the prices were fair and what I expected to pay. What made my visit special, though, was the extraordinary customer service provided to me by the owner and his daughter. I am so glad Jason Guven Fine Jewelry was recommended to me recently. I needed to have a couple of my necklaces repaired and wanted to make some changes with my rings. When I arrived, April was there to help me with all of these requests. She was such a good listener and had great suggestions for what I should do. April (and her dad) were very kind, helpful and never did I feel any pressure with needing to rush or make additional purchases. The store itself is absolutely beautiful and has such a wide variety of choices. I have been to many jewelry stores over the years and some I just feel like another customer and another local private store I always felt uncomfortable and pressure with making purchases or requests. I have now found my store that I will ALWAYS go to (and encourage my husband to go to as well!) and highly recommend to my family and friends. Highly, highly recommend this jewelry store! This is family owned and I have received amazing service. I have been to a couple other jewelers, locally owned and large corporations, and none compare to this jeweler - neither by customer service and competitive pricing for all budgets. April and her dad are so nice, helpful and HONEST! I upgraded my diamond and changed out my setting and I LOVE it. It's absolutely beautiful. I have received so many compliments. This is the only jewelry store I would recommend, will only shop here, and will request my husband to buy jewelry only from here 🙂

Take it from me, my original setting/diamond came from another locally owned store and I was not happy at all with the customer service. Part of the reason I changed out my setting was so I could stop looking down at my setting/diamond and remembering all the bad experiences we had with the jeweler.
