This was THE WORST wings 101 I've ever been too! I had a horrible experience, I called the location in Roswell and a man (who refused to give his name) hung up on me. I called and asked can I have PLAIN fried rice no veggie or egg. He says ok but what kind of rice..... I repeat the order he says we dont make that. Now I've been to quite a few locations and always order the same thing. So I asked can I have chicken fried rice, with no chicken. He repeats what I say and I then reply yes, that's what I want. He says dont call here and hangs up. So me still wanting food and thinking theres a language barrier just go pick up. So I get there the lady "Faith the owner" asks me my order so I start to tell her,she then turns around mid sentence and picks up the phone and takes that order. Ok... she turns around asks me again for my order so we get into a whole conversation about what plain fried rice I want. She the Turns around picks up the phone and takes another order.. ok... she then comes back snappy and I begin to attempt to finish the order and say I want that to be a combo with chicken wings, she starts a whole new order and asks me what kind of rice. So I tell her the rice from the 1st order is a combo, I would like to add to that, not a whole new order. She then gets mad and asks for chicken flavors I proceed to tell her and that was another misunderstanding, she couldnt under stand just honey hot and hot garlic. She says they dont have that so I say ok and change to different flavors. She then walks away and comes back and says the total so I tell her I would like to place another order for another combo. She slams her hands and gives me an attitude and takes the order. She was very flustered and seemed busy. Which I completely understand! But when you become rude to someone that not 1 time raised their voice, not 1 time lost their cool. And I actually got complimented by a regular about how I handled the situation. I am a supervisor at a VERY busy urgent care, I understand the pressure but she was just plain rude and nasty towards me for absolutely no reason. Before I left I nicely asked if she was the server on my receipt she began to tell its faith, get out. In calling the police. I was completely caught of guard I asked the gentleman that hung up on me his name and she again kept telling her name and kicking me out telling me to never come back. That was the most confusing situation I've ever been in and very disappointing because we live the restaurant, but that was enough to never again. I hope corporate really reads these and goes and actually watches the videos of tonight. That...

My husband and I stopped by for a late lunch/early dinner as part of our intermittent fasting routine, where we only eat one meal a day. My husband was craving a burger, and I was in the mood for a gyro. Since they offered both, we thought it was the perfect spot—but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to our expectations.
When we arrived, the gentleman working there (of Asian descent) was incredibly kind and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. The food came out quickly, but that’s where the positives ended.
For my gyro, the large pita was filled with a lot of lettuce, a small amount of tomato and onion, a decent portion of tzatziki sauce, and just two very thin slices of meat. It felt like they had taken a single slice of deli ham, folded it over, and called it a gyro. It was disappointing, especially considering the size of the sandwich.
My husband’s burger was also underwhelming. The bun was enormous compared to the small, frozen-tasting patty inside, which didn’t seem fresh at all. The flavors were so bland that he said it was forgettable even while eating it.
We also ordered wings from "Wings 101," and they were another letdown. The wings were overcooked to the point of being tough and dry, almost like jerky, and they were some of the smallest wings we’ve seen in a long time. To add to the disappointment, we were given just one carrot stick and one celery stick as sides.
For a meal that cost $35, the portion sizes and quality left us feeling hungry and disappointed. It was clear that corners were being cut—perhaps due to tight margins—but this came at the expense of the customer experience. If you’re charging $35 for a meal, it needs to reflect that value in freshness, portion sizes, and overall quality.
The gentleman working there did ask several times if everything was okay, and while his kindness didn’t go unnoticed, the food unfortunately didn’t match the service. My suggestion to the business would be to reconsider portion sizes, focus on cooking to order, and ensure the quality of ingredients matches the price point.
Sadly, we left feeling like we didn’t get what we paid for. Best of luck to the business moving forward—there’s potential here, but some adjustments are...
Read moreFor some reason this particular location never gets the flavors right, their wings never taste the same as the other wing 101 locations and are very dry. We tried calling up there to place an order and before placing the order I asked if they by any chance they delivery, the guy said no. As I continued to say ok no problem and place my pick up order he kept yelling over me and repeating "no delivery, no delivery"... meanwhile, I'd tried very politely to tell him "OK I understand, I would like to place an order for pick up no delivery" and he hung up on my face. I felt maybe there was a language barrier so I called back and asked to speak to someone else who could understand me better as he answers the phone and says "no delivery, no delivery" and while asking him if I could speak to someone else who can understand me better he again hung up on my face, very rude customer service. Even though I only live one exit up in Dunnwoody my business will be going to the location off of Sidney Marcus and Buckhead as my son loves their honey lemon pepper and my father loves the hot honey lemon pepper. Honestly, they have always preferred the Buckhead location however this location is more convenient by five or 10 minutes give or take depending on traffic. The unprofessionalism that I dealt with this gentleman today is enough for me to spend my hard earned money somewhere else where I feel More appreciated. Besides it was already a thin line with the flavor in the dryness of their wings to start with this was just the icing on the...
