UPDATE: Yes, the boutique reached out and apologized but NO apology can fix this awful appointment. What would have been more appropriate and truly appreciated was upfront truthfulness when I booked the appointment; I should have been told “sorry but we do not have the type of dress the bride is looking for in her size at this time. No harm done. INSTEAD, I was lead to believe otherwise and my daughter left feeling SAD and VERY DISAPPOINTED.. Your team didn’t pull a single dress for my daughter. We were told to look through the racks and if we saw something we liked the consultant would put it in the fitting room for us. How do you fix that after the fact? She found her dress at Wedding Angels and had a AWESOME experience. Wedding Angels provided her with a true bridal experience. She was made to feel like a VIP from the moment she walked through the door. —————————— Very disappointing. If you are a plus size bride please don't waste your time. This store doesn't have many options for anyone over a size 10. I made an appointment online and indicated that the bride was plus size, I also called and spoke with an individual providing the dress size of the bride and the silhouette of the gown we were looking for; I was told it was not a problem and that they had several options for the bride to try on and that they were looking forward to seeing us. We arrived for our 90 minute appointment only to find that the store DID NOT have any dresses in her size or silhouette requested. The largest size in the silhouette we wanted was a size 14. I understand that a size 14 can be considered "plus" size but the bride needed a size 22; big difference. There was literally NOTHING in this shop she could try on. White Swan Bridal Boutique should be a shame of themselves. The bride spent 15 minutes looking at dresses on their computer/ website; which she could have done at home. I would give this store zero stars if I could. While the staff are nice and pleasant this experience left the bride feeling awful on what should have been an awesome experience. I'm writing this review only to give others a heads-up and would like to ensure that this had NOTHING to do with the associate we worked with. She was very sweet but obviously overwhelmed with no help. My mother and i scheduled a 90-minute appointment which was 50 dollars. the sweet associate tried to give us some of her time however, my mom and i pulled our dresses outside of maybe 2, my mom had to put me in every dress herself because the sale associate was busy with another client during our appointment time, and not for like 5 to 10 minutes we were 45 minutes into our appointment and we had spoken for maybe 4 minutes. really disappointing and the dresses themselves were really dirty. personally when I go shopping I never put anything on the floor let alone a wedding dress, the short moment I had with the sale associate she told me to put it on myself dropped the dress on the floor and ran back to the other client. truly not this associate's fault, she was the ONLY person in the store but for a scheduled appointment in which we paid for, we got absolutely nothing. if you are looking for your own sake don't bother making an appointment and don't...

Let me preface this by saying my review and rating is for the dress designer they work with. I had a wonderful experience shopping here. I said yes to the dress, 3 months later my dress came in. There were many issues with the dress, but the main point is that it was not made with the correct changes I had asked for. It looked cheap, the neckline was wrong, the lace and appliqués were so spread out that you could see the ribbing of the dress. The shop was very kind to me about the issue and contacted the designer who made me a new dress. I just picked up my new dress, and its about 2 sizes smaller than the first dress which currently fits me and always has. The sleeves are also so tight that I cannot bend my arms in them, unlike the first set. Ive had so many problems with this dress, that it honestly no longer feels like my dream dress and and now i have a wedding in 8 weeks. I am so so sad that this is the dress I have to wear on my wedding day, if my alterations specialist can even alter it to zip.
