HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . WENT IN YESTERDAY & PURCHASED 2 BAR STOOLS. ACCIDENTLY PICKED UP WRONG SIZE. WENT BACK TODAY & LITERALLY BEGGED THEIR "BARNEY FIFE" JOKE OF A MANAGER TO SWAP THEM FOR THE SMALLER SIZE STOOLS I MEANT TO PURCHASE. WOULD NOT EVEN CONSIDER. I UNDERSTAND THEIR "POLICY" OF NO RETURNS WHICH SHE MENTIONED A DOZEN TIMES HOWEVER THERE IS SUCH A THING AS BEING REASONABLE. I had a few questions about the barstools, and the lady I asked (didn’t catch her name but she was wearing a black shirt, red pants, with long gray/white hair in a bun) wasn’t helpful at all and quite unfriendly. When I asked if they had any more of a certain item, she barely nodded without even looking at me and just continued on with what she was doing.
