Been coming here for about a year now and it never disappoints. Huge shoutout to Bart and Rena! They are both not only great at hospitality (such as always so welcoming, understanding and efficient), but theyāre also intelligent. They seem to have great knowledge of any questions I have asked or even just curious small talk.(Thereās a third guy but so sorry I really do not know his name but I swear heās always there lol sorryyy).
That goes for anyone there! Iāve never had a bad experience. It was the first dispo Iāve ever went to and I remember being so nervous because I absolutely was SO clueless and couldnāt figure out what to say or ask for lol. I donāt have really any close friends or friends to relate to as this isnāt really any of their āhobbiesā lol if that makes any sense. But this dispo has made me feel comfortable, confident, welcomed and listened to since day one! They donāt try to oversell or scam you and I love that. All I buy are girly / fruity vapes or ediblesā¦.and they never have judged me in the beginning when I asked stupid questions based off of anxiety, LOL.
Side note- theyāre also SO FAST and the parking lot/coverage is great. Itās insane, I love it because itās so simple and convenient when I just want to go home after a longgggg day at work (thatās normally when I go lol).
It feels great to walk into a business that: -Always greets and smiles at you the second you walk into the door! -Has the BEST reward system -Makes you feel heard and listened to -Being able to talk to someone who is so wise and passionate about their products -Has the best customer service and behavior from everyone (even if I ask a lot of questions or notice a mistake, they still are always SOOO sweet and understanding. Theyāre very apologetic if they ever need to be!)

We overheard the worker conversation with another worker about how the computer was giving everyone problems all day today while checking out the lady then persist to say that itās my card. Iām also letting her know that the funds are there and that Iām also showing her that the funds are there and instead of her wanting to move to another register, she then proceeds to tell us that thereās a ATM Making us pull more money off our card when she literally couldāve just went to another computer She did not want to do her job. She is rude, disrespectful and goes on the biggest power trip about how sheās management for both atlus and monivea road, even when youāre correct, talking to her with respect.
