Stall Jewelers — Attraction in Round Rock

I originally bought my center stone in San José, Mexico in October 2019. On Christmas Eve my ring got accidentally stepped on and broken. I took my broken ring to Stall Jewelers to see if they could fix it. I was also dying to find out if the stone we purchased in Mexico was a real stone or glass made to look real. It turned out my stone was a rare color changing sapphire! Stall Jewelers remade my wedding ring using the diamonds from an old diamond ring I had and the center stone from Mexico. Me and Norma worked together to create the shape and style that I wanted. She sent me several mock up photos to chose from based on my feedback. She took my feedback and got back to me immediately with the small changes i wanted. The process from start to finish took about a month and that’s including holiday time! Now I have the ring of my dreams and couldn’t be happier. I’ll be going to Stall Jewelers from now on with any and all of my jewelry needs! I’m so glad I found them and Norma....

My wife and I initially had a wonderful time shopping here, and received great recommendations and had a generally nice time conversing with the employees. The people that work here are so nice and passionate about jewelry.

However, there was a miscommunication in the design we picked, as we didn’t realize the popular trend of using a white gold crown with a yellow gold band to make the diamond sparkle more. So even though they showed us the parts, we assumed it would all be yellow gold and that the white gold was a placeholder example. My wife did not really like the finished product, so we went back to have it altered.

And these wonderful people fixed the ring free of charge. I was shocked when I picked it up and am super grateful that we walked into this store and for the experiences we’ve had here! I definitely hope to be going back for future jewelry...

I just want to say I haven't been to your store but the review from the customer that brought he "LOUD" 4 yr old into the store needs to realize that is no place for a loud 4 yr old. People that are shopping and those that work in the store really dont want that distraction because you have an unruly child. Do everyone a fave in and working in the store a huge face and leave your bratty kids at home with a family member or sitter. My daughter is 15 but when she was little I could take her anywhere and never worry about getting negative feedback about my daughter and her behavior because I taught he discipline and respect at a very early age. To this day my daughter is complimented for her MANNERS AND RESPECT. So, that you for speaking up to that parent that just doesnt get it. Good for you and my...
