Went here to redeemed BOGO through drive thru. We told the barista that we want to use the BOGO code. She said she need to scan that code so we can redeemed it.
Arrived at the window, she only made 1 drink and pretended that she didn’t know that we would like to use the BOGO since we did mentioned when we ordered the drink.
We know that we only ordered 1 drink but she should’ve EXPLAINED from the beginning to us in order to use the BOGO we need to order 2 drinks first, but she DIDN’T and gave us an attitude.
We told her that we can wait for her to make another one, but she told us to go around (which we did) and arrived at the window again, and still didn’t have our drink ready.
Other barista came assisted us, and explained to us and asked us to wait while she made our drink.
Just disappointed with the first barista. I wish I could get her name and give her 0 stars because she LACKS of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They messed up my order (I ordered 2 lattes, one vanilla one regular and a chocolate courrusoint)
They rang me up.
Served the vanilla latte.
After 10 minutes of nothing I went back to the window asking about my latte and courrusoint.
The lady was like - what latte? Oh, I have a courrusoint here.. And hands it to me.
Me - I ordered 2 drinks..
Them - looking through their computer..
Oh, they only charged you for one.
Rather than - it's our bad, sorry for the long wait, let me get you a drink..
I'll have to charge you for another one.
Here's my guess - since tips started showing up on the screen starting at 15%, the service industry no longer have any incentive to actually earn a tip, and good service is hard to find.

They are very quick but very courteous and on top of that if there has been any kind of glitch in say the online order placing your order at a different Starbucks they already know about it and they take care of you like it's no trouble or big deal and they get the order right of way!!
