Had a bad experience with Ruthās Roses. I live in the Dallas & the flowers were going to to a friend who had just lost her husband in Harlingen, TX. I ordered a basket with three real plants, one being an African Violet, a miniature Peace Lily & another small plant, shown in their web page. The basket was to be delivered the next day. I gave the sales lady the address & she assured me the basket would be delivered on Saturday morning. Long story short, they delivered the flowers three days later & it was not the same arrangement I had picked out. The delivery person left the flowers in my friendās front door & a neighbor took them to his house until my friend got home & this was on a Monday, not Saturday morning, like I was told! Ruthās Roses sent me an apology note & they offered me a $10 discount (as if I would order from them again.š”) I asked them if they could pick up the arrangement & they wouldnāt do it. What they delivered were cut flowers, which will die in a few days! False advertisement on their part. A very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was faced with a very sad task of burial of my best friend of 41 years. Let me share that I had a budget for premium materials and artistry and would demand both to honor the memory of my loved one. Appointment settled via email, and kept on time, I was immediately enveloped in the compassion and care of Ms. Tricia, and staff. Their quaint and cozy nook afforded quiet consultation as we discussed design credentials, process, and the deceased's interests and disinterests. Forms and varieties emerged and we came to agreement on the orders after extensive unrushed discussion. My italian culture requires respect for artists' creative process and without inteference; one must trust in the artist and reputation. My trust was well placed on the day of the service with artistic creations delivered on time and intact; and the standing arrangement and grave blanket were both beautiful and elegant and befitting for my loved one. I am very satisfied, with thanks to Ms....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIdk what happened š„ŗ my boyfriend spends A LOT of money with this local company but I genuinely believe we were forgotten about this past Valentines day. He had flowers scheduled to be delivered on February 15th but when they weren't he called and they said "yes, we know what you're talking about they will be on the way." When i received the bouquet they appeared beautiful like normal however, they were dead less than 3days later!!! That NEVER happens!! Even the sickest of plants will stay alive more than 3days and a freshly picked bouquet will stay alive for a couple weeks at the very least! the card was even scratched up and faded and the actual verbiage wasn't even complete. I attached a photo to show what I mean. Everything looked forgotten, last min and rushed. Flowers aren't cheap and neither is the cost of living so when someone spends their hard earned money on anything other than just surviving in today's world it deserves a...
