DO NOT DO NOT WORK OR IN ANY WAY DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION!! this past monday i have went in to purchase a new phone since my current one was getting old. the guy that was running the store told me i was able to get a brand new iphone 14 for $410, however they told that they have to put a temporary number on the new phone for some reason. then comeback on thursday to remove it then place my current number on the new phone. when i went in on thursday they said they are not able to do it, so i called up the main metro line. and they told me a new account was created. i have never wanted to create a new account, i just wanted to buy a new phone and transfer sim, that was it. they said to arrive saturday (today) they should be able to fix it. so i went in today, and they manage to get it all fixed up. however what they did after it was all fixed was changed my god damn phone plan from $80 for two lines to $110 for two lines with out ever telling me that the plan was changed. i had to find out the of the plan change through the metro app. so i have to call the main metro line once again, and told me that that wasnt suppose to happen. so now i can not get my old plan back since it was a "promotional" plan. the best the main metro could so is 2 lines for $90, i know its $10 increase but i didnt want my plan change to begin with. so please do now work with this location, they are a bunch of scam artists who will not tell you...

I want the person who "helped" me at this store to be fired. The man working here November 2nd at 4:30 PM.
First off, I came here to get my phone number and esim transferred to a new phone. I was charged 35$ just for the transfer, which I was told was 28$ + tax. Then they sold me a sim card my phone didn't need, since my phone had an ESIM built in. We tried to explain this, and they didn't listen.
They didn't even verify that my phone worked before pushing me out of the store, all the while taking calls and talking to other people in either Urdu or Hindi or another language entirely, which I found to be incredibly rude. The man was dismissive and unhelpful, and continued to treat me like an idiot, asking again and again whether or not the phone I bought was actually unlocked. Then at the end he said "See? It shows 5g. It's activated. If it doesn't work just... bring it back or something."
An hour or two later, the phone was still not working. I had to take my phone all the way to the Garland location just to get them to do something that would have taken this guy 2 seconds. So I wasted $45 for them to just not do their job, and they treated me like crap the entire time. SHUT DOWN THIS STORE...

I went into this location after moving to Rowlett and not wanting to make the drive to Rockwall for my usual store access on this particular day. The worker continuously asked me about adding a free line to my account and I did not want to. This was April 18th. Apparently a free line was added to my account and someone has been using the phone since April. I would not care if the phone was free or not, it is ridiculous to add things to a person's account without their authorization...I was employed by BIG DOG PCS years ago and I know that the reps in the stores have quotas to meet but it is NOT OK to add a line to someone's account without their permission. I will never return to do business at this store again because I do not see it as a trustworthy location. I have had service through MetroPCS since 2015 and have never had anything like this occur before...DO BETTER! EARN YOUR SALES AND MONTHLY BONUSES...
