DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!!!!!!! You have been warned! They are unbelievably unprofessional! I went in about 2 months ago to get a fill on a set. The first time I went, my tech did a great job. However, this past time, she did not. I left the salon feeling very dissatisfied. I wrote Madison Valgari an instagram message explaining my complaint. I did not want to cause a scene at the salon. They responded back very nicely and said they would refund my money AND in the future, comp me a new set! I thought this was so generous. I gave my nails a break since then and messaged them through instagram last night. I let them know I would like to come back in for the free new set. I messaged about 4 times until they finally responded. They told me they get a lot of messages per day and they rarely get back to them. Unprofessional but ok. They told me the tech that would be doing my new set is no longer accepting clients, which is someone different from my original person, and they wouldn't be comping me a new set since it was 2 months ago. I explained my disapproval with the response stating that a deadline was never expressed. They told me in the future, when if I decided to come back, it would be free. If they would have said in the next month to come back, I would have! I actually saved the entire conversation and when I copied their words back to them, proving they said what they did, they deleted that comment! Then they proceeded to tell me that I was being hostile and blocked me! I have NEVER encountered such unprofessional and disgusting behavior!!! Unfortunately for them, I saved the whole conversation last night. I have contacted the appropriate parties to move this forward and will update in the next week or so. Bud if you like wat you like you don't receive that in this place any more . New managment and really bad customer service from the person who actually should be take care about my nails. I don't really need your apology specifically that you accusing me that I raised my vois. I came to your place before time which you was specified. You simply can schedule another day and time. I had friendly conversation with the lady which come to me, about wich color from 2 is better matching my lipstick. This was not special assessment for your staff. And then your MANICURE GUY come in with ATTITUDE, interrupt conversation with that lady and said that he can't help me with that choice. I don't ask them to do that. Latter he refused do shape and filled my nails telling me that I need new set. I refuse because I had done new set 2 weeks ago and I don't want pay again for it and more damage my natural nails. I don't expect from him anything wat is not possible. He just want more money and go home. He is totally unprofessional .And he really need to work on he's attitude and haw to approach the costumers. Read moreI’ve been going to the salon for several months, today, I asked for a regular polish change French manicure on my toes. The girl asked me what I wanted on my toes I said do the same thing which means a white French with clear polish. I’m checking emails when she’s finished and I looked at my toes. She put a pink polish on my toes instead of a clear. I said that’s not what I asked for the owner of the salon made me wait 15 minutes for somebody else to fix them. they still left pink on my toes on top of the white tip very crappy very unprofessional. I asked them to redo them and the girl told me NO she couldn’t she had another appointment meanwhile I am now late for a family event for my granddaughter and ended up missing the show. when I was ready to leave I told the girl at the counter that I didn’t want to pay for this because I wasn’t satisfied. She called the owner and she seemed to be more concerned about her $27 that she was going to get from me then customer satisfaction. Not to mention her unprofessionalism when I told her what took place and that I was in a rush, I had somewhere to be and her response to me was you’re giving me an attitude you’re making me not want to fix it? What kind of professionalism is that? Yes, I’m giving you an attitude you gave me something I didn’t ask for. I booked my appointment according to my schedule.
