Titan Paving and Masonry — Attraction in Rutherford

Update: Titan reached out to me immediately after the original review below was posted. The cracks in the concrete were repaired and because of that I've added a star to make it 2 stars instead of 1 star. I cannot make the review more positive given 1) Titan did not reach out to me a single time in the (almost) 3 months where I reached out so many times and 2) the repair work was completed but left so much dust in the garage due to cutting thru concrete. I didn't expect things to be spic and span but the amount of dust left on the horizontal surfaces should have definitely warranted a warning so important items could be moved or tarped. (example: some shoes will require professional cleaning to restore due to how much dust settled)

Original Review: Definitely would not recommend. Tried calling 30 times between Aug 4 and Oct 26, left numerous voicemails and sent 13 text messages and haven't gotten a single call/text message back. Managed to get a hold of John a handful of times (only after I used a different phone number) but it's back to radio silence for the past 4 days. Long story short, trying to get Titan to repair concrete they put down on July 12 which cracked by Aug 3 (less than a month later). Have receipt claiming warranty is 5yrs and certainly seems like Titan is avoiding the repair after committing to do so over the phone. The few times I managed to get ahold of John it's just been 1 excuse...

OMG, here I am again and I will tell you why: When the recent heavy rains came, we wound up with a drainage issue. I called Titan. John O'Brien came over in the rain. Together we came up with a solution illustrated by the photo attached. Drainage problem solved. Titan stood tall: That's why I am writing again.

I need to rephrase what I said above: You want something that looks AND also is strong . To me it looked like they satisfied both.

Titan Paving just finished rebuilding our driveway, including a retaining wall and Belgian block border, and the steps and walkway to our front door. We think they did a magnificent job. Our neighbors agreed - more than one commented favorably on their work both as it proceeded and when it was finished. Beyond the construction part, Titan/Pat O'Brien focused not only on the solid construction of the project but also on how it looked. At a point where an existing backyard walkway met up with the driveway, Pat replaced a small piece of stone with a larger one because it looked better. John and Patrick are really nice gentlemen and they are a bit pricey. I had my driveway totally reconstructed about 2 years ago and the whole format turned out better than I expected. I would have given 5 stars if John would have stood on his word when I called him SEVERAL times to complain that the asphalt had creases at the entrance of the driveway. He reassured me that he would come over and smooth it out with the compactor. Well that never happened and he began to ignore my calls and messages . Titan is good for a one shot deal but just hope that you don't have any issues or concerns after the job is done. They will not address the issue and they will take your money and run. I have yet to receive a callback from John. Good customer service is vital when you want to expand and keep...
