MUST RIDE THIS TRAIN!!!

We had so much fun and it felt like it was over so fast. I would do this 45min ride again.

We bought First Class tickets and I highly recommend it if you go on a hot day. With first class you get air conditioning, a plastic bottle drink (tea, lemonade & water) plus a bag of pretzels or mini cookies. Plus you are at the back of the train so when the do the "Run Around" to head back to the station you have a first hand view of them hooking up. The few extra dollars was well worth it!!

I loved the car we got to ride it felt so FANCY ๐Ÿ˜Š. The staff was friendly and they told us pieces of history as we went along.

I want to ride again and WILL BE BACK!!! ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜Š

A Big THANK YOU to the ticket counter employee. I didn't get her name but she is in the picture of the counter (I asked her permission for the picture). She was so nice, friendly and helpful. Thank...

We recently experienced this heritage railway, and it truly felt like stepping into a time machine. From the charmingly aged platform to the vintage train design, everything captured the spirit of a bygone era. It was as if time slowed down for a while.

The station master added to the charm by sharing interesting historical tidbits, making the journey even more immersive. The train itself was comfortable with spacious seating, and being able to open the windows brought in a refreshing breeze and enhanced the nostalgic feel.

The ride was punctual, smooth, and incredibly enjoyableโ€”especially for the kids, who were thrilled throughout the journey.

If you have ever wanted to relive the magic of old-world train travel, this is an experience you should not miss. It was fun, memorable, and a perfect blend of history...

Although we didn't go into the museum we did take the train ride down the river. We did pay for first class however since it's family-friendly you are not guaranteed at first class experience when they allow over 14 toddlers into the car. It's no longer first class it's a screaming crying nursery. I have made suggestions for adult only cars so childless adults can enjoy the experience too. The conductors and staff all had great sense of humor an informative of the history. I guess next time I'll just pay $12 for an outside seat so the crying screaming little kids are drowned out by the...

We arrived after 1:00 PM that day and bought tickets for the 2:15 PM train. We spent $28 per adult for a first-class ticket that included a 45-minute ride, during which we were provided with drinks and snacks, along with commentary. The train we rode on was built in 1924, making it exactly 100 years old. Our steward, Larry, was very friendly and kept us entertained with cheerful conversation throughout the trip. This is a great experience for history lovers!
