Fay Jewelers — Attraction in Sacramento

My husband got me a 10k name plate with my name on it. It was 10k gold. He went back and purchaded a chain to go with it 3 weeks later. Fay jewelers added the chain on to my 10k name plate and then my husband brought it back home to me. Fast forward i notice my chain starting to fade really bad, so i make my husband take it back . he takes it back they said sorry and they didnt know how they accidentally mixed up a fake chain with a real one .which was a natural human mistake. I get it. I call in the next day to ask them about my new chain . i asked " how would i know if my chain was real this time shouldn't there be a stamp? and the employee started to raise his voice at me and said " what do you need? , and saying my husband brought in a fake chain without confirming who i was.which if he brought a fake chain why would they replace it with a 14k gold one ?And how he talked to me was very disrespectful .long story short i took my new chain fay jewlers replaced and made sure it was real at a different jewelry place. Took my watch there several times only to be told they can't fix it, they hire watch repair men but they can't even fix a simple clasp on the watch, I even bought the pin they needed to fix it and had it verified it would fit, took the pin in with the watch, of course, the pin is too long and small according to their watch repair men, my advice is, if your looking for jewelry they have a nice selection but if your looking for repair work go to a professional at least they'll know what...
