We recently visited Underground Mini Golf and had an absolutely wonderful time. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by Catalina, one of the staff members. She is not only very beautiful but also greeted us with a bright, cheerful smile that immediately made us feel at home. Her warmth and genuine love for the customers were palpable. She was incredibly attentive to our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Her charm and hospitality left a lasting impression on us.

In addition to the fantastic customer service, we were also impressed by the recent upgrades to the venue. The owner, Acme, is a remarkable individual who clearly takes great pride in his business. His dedication to continually improving the experience for his customers is evident. He recently replaced all the floors in the venue, and the difference is remarkable. The fresh, new floors have created a much more pleasant and inviting atmosphere, significantly enhancing our overall experience.

The mini-golf course itself is well-designed and provides a fun and challenging experience for players of all ages. The creativity in the course layout and the attention to detail in the design make each hole unique and enjoyable. We spent hours playing and had a blast with every twist and turn.

Moreover, the facility is clean and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards set by the management. It's clear that a lot of effort goes into keeping the place in top condition, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

Sage was not only an amazing storyteller and employee, he’s also just an amazing person! I’ve never played mini golf before so he taught me how to play and then at one point I hit the ball so hard that it ricocheted and pierced my leg like a bullet! My friends and I panicked, but not Sage, he was PREPARED. He pulled out a towel and applied pressure to the wound to stop the bleeding and then after an hour he disinfected it and stitched closed the wound himself! He then proceeded to assist me in beating my friends for the rest of the courses! He was so great that I neither needed a doctor nor a refund for a prematurely ended game. Overall he’s great! We didnt even make it inside. 45 minute wait with a reservation!!!! WTH. I was really excited to come to this Mini Golf place since my daughter just started wanting to Golf. We looked online and it said they had reservations at the exact time we were in downtown Sac., so we walked in. We went to purchase tickets and the desk attendant advised us it would be 45 minutes to wait before we could start. I asked how that works since there were reservations available at the current time. She said regardless of the reservation when you check in you get out to the back of the line. If that is the case why have a reservation.
