WARNING! If you are thinking of bring a cat to this place steer WAY CLEAR! Just moved to the area and decided to take my cat in for a possible UTI. The doctor we dealt with was super sweet and really took the time to listen to us (not Dr. Chaudhri ). He recommended antibiotics, a urinalysis to see if she has a UTI, and also an xray for the possibility that she could have bladder stones ($300 total.) We signed off and paid for all the tests. The x-ray came first, and we find out it is bladder stones. The doctor recommends surgery. We really liked this Dr and had a great read on him. That is where the good part of my story stops. I was given a bill for $2000 for a very common surgery and told that the stones will be sent out and examined to see what kind of stone it was so that we can adjust her diet accordingly to prevent future stones. We ask if we still need to do the urinalysis, and the girl at the front desk tells us that they will refund us for urinalysis if it is no longer necessary after the surgery. We were told to drop her off the next morning for surgery, and to stop allowing food and WATER after 10pm,
7:00am I dropped off my cat and told they would call me when she was finished. 5:00 pm comes around with no call. I called the office and they told me she is about to go into surgery. Mind you this place i learned later specialized in breeding frenchies and that takes priority over everything else. There is nowhere to keep the cats and dogs separate in the back room that I have been escorted through twice now (once my cat was in her carrier placed on the ground as i was walking by. This really P#$@ed me off.) So my cat was probably sitting on the floor for the last 10 hours, with no access to food and water for 19 hours, while they are working on their priority- dogs.
Fast forward to 9:30 PM when she is finally done. We go to pick her up and Dr. Chaudhri came out to greet us. He must have told us 10 times about how he "just wants to be honest with us" and "I believe in honesty" and "I'm just being upfront with you" , and sounded like he has never worked on a cat before - he mentions that because her bladder was empty, it was very difficult for him to flush out the stones (why were we instructed to withhold water if the she needed to have urine in the bladder for surgery??) Also, because it was so difficult and her bladder stones were too small, he LOST THEM. He did NOT get a sample to send to the lab; we will have to come back in 2 days for her to have the urinalysis. I had to ask him if there was any special care for the IV still stuck in her arm. He told me there isn't an IV. I had to point it out to him and he seemed surprised, and told me it was not supposed to still be there. He took her back in to get it taken out.
I take her home and she seems traumatized. Her backside and carrier were full of blood and pee, which makes me suspect she was in the carrier the whole time. She has had other stays in the vet hospital before for other procedures, and always comes back home affectionate, even after surgery and teeth removal. This time, she hid under the bed and would not even make eye contact with us.
I bring her back today (2 days later) and was concerned because my cat is still drenched with pee and is one of the cleanest cats ever before surgery. She is not even attempting to clean herself. OK i get it, she just had major surgery. We were lucky and got to see the original doctor who gave her fluids so he can get a urine sample for the urinalysis. Left her again in the dogs only vet office for 2 hours with the result of, "her urine is just leaking out I was not able to get a sample. Maybe you can collect it yourself at home in a vial since it is just leaking out." Why am I doing this when she is at a vets office? I had enough.
I went to pick her up and demanded her medical records for the surgery because I am going to another vet. The girl at the desk said she can't give them to me until the doctor signs off on them. The surgery was 2 days ago. Of course, no mention of refunding us for...

Disappointing Experience ā I Do Not Recommend
Unfortunately, my first visit to this vet clinic did not meet expectations. While the front staff was polite and welcoming, the initial vet I saw was not. He didnāt review the reason for my visit and never physically examined my dog for the concerns I brought up. I had to speak up during the appointment to express my disappointment.
To their credit, the staff manager acknowledged my concerns and recommended I return over the weekend to see a different vet, assuring me it would be a better experience. Hoping for improved care, I gave it another chance.
The second vet was more personable, but the visit quickly took a strange turn. He immediately commented on my bulldogās natural underbite and suggested a costly corrective procedure. I was shocked ā bulldogs are known for their underbites, and I did not come in for any cosmetic corrections. It felt more like a sales pitch than a medical consultation, especially when he proceeded to showcase other unrelated procedures.
I had booked the visit simply for wellness exams for both of my dogs and to discuss spaying, but I left confused and frustrated. The vaccine checklist wasnāt explained clearly, and the manager seemed more focused on upselling products than guiding me through my dogsā actual care needs.
The most concerning part: one of my dogs yelped loudly during a vaccine injection ā it was alarming. The area was badly bruised for days, suggesting a lack of gentleness or possibly use of a large-gauge needle.
I also faced issues afterward: when I called for paperwork to submit to my pet insurance and a copy for a mail-in prescription, they didnāt even have my email or phone number on file ā basic information any veterinary clinic should keep on hand.
This practice is new, and with this level of disorganization and questionable professionalism, I sadly cannot recommend them. Iāve decided not to return and sincerely hope they reconsider their approach for future clients.
Follow up - Chewy cancel order to medication prescription and they never responded to request. So I called Chewy to get prescription approved. The rep gave wrong medication information. I called to get resolved and they were oblivious to the request. Mention I would be in to speak to Anthony the manager and he was at lunch. So I mentioned Iād be by in at 730pm before they close. Of course not available. This vet has been giving me the run around because of their inconsistencies. I left a message. I hope I get a response. Otherwise I recommend you do not bring your pets here. Poor care. They price gouge meds. They ask what you pay so they can give you a better price and then also shop for what surgeries they can do on your pet so they can make more money. Read other reviews same situation with prescription and shopping your furry baby for more money to make.
I do not recommend this clinic for your petās care ā...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePlease do NOT take your pets here!! I brought my dog in yesterday (8/19) for a surgical procedure. While dropping off I witnessed a customer come in as a walk in for an emergency and was turned away stating āthey donāt take walk insā when itās clearly stated on their front door that walk ins and emergencyās are welcome.. apparently not?? The girl up front was very rude and had no compassion, just an attitude. Then after they left proceeded to tell me āsee what I have to deal with?!ā The drop of time was 10am, I was told surgeries start at 1pm and she was there first so her surgery would be first. I call at 2:30 for an update. They havenāt started her surgery and have no idea when they will be starting it, mind you I drove 2 hours so Iām there just waiting in town. 4:45 rolls around and they had just finished her surgery stating I can pick her up in 1 hour. I get there at 5:45, wait for 40 minutes before Iām able to get someone to go check on her. They state āshe was moving around a lot so she was bleeding a lot and they are cleaning her up and wrapping her stomach.ā (How was she able/allowed to move around so much? Seems like bs to me..) I wait another 40 minutes and she finally comes out. They give me her meds with very little after care information or anything and send us on our way. The next morning I wake up to my dog bleeding heavily to where it had saturated the bandage, her bed, and was dripping. I call immediately and was told āoh sorry the vet isnāt in until noon. But you could email us come pictures for him to look atā I did not have 4 hours to wait or my dog would have lost too much blood. I ended up taking her to a local vet for evaluation. I was told that they could not find anything closing up the outside of her incision, so she received staples and was luckily ok after the bleeding was stopped. I called back once I got home to ask what was used to close her incision, the girl asked the vet came back and told me ā2.0 pbsā or something, so I asked what it was, and again with her attitude said āyouāre at a vet, ask themā wwoooowww. This could have been so much worse if I wasnāt able to get help. I saw no compassion from their staff, just attitude to everyone. They either need to find new staff or train them somehow. This was such a horrible experience luckily ending with a good outcome. Take your...
