Fashion Square Mall — Attraction in Saginaw Charter Township

I believe they are pricing the rent too high their pricing themselves out of stores it's sad because half of the mall is empty not like it was when I was growing up and sooner or later I'm afraid our Mall will close and then a large building will sit there completely empty. On top of that the parking lot needs a lot of work. Parents be aware Spencer Gifts is nothing but an adult porn store now. in the front they use the clothes to hide the rest of the 75% of the store. They are now caring adult toys, clothes, book, games, brides and groom stuff, but the thing is you don't have to go through any curtain or around some type of partition to keep under 18 kids out. But that would not really help because on the backs of the shelves in front on the back is more adult type porn. The is one small sign 7 feet off to one side of the store telling people what could be in there. Well there is no could it is. I have a video that I shot acting like was listening to music so that way I could have my phone out and no one would know. This my get taken down but if it keeps you from letting your kids go to the mall without you than it...

I like the mall cause it's on the bus line and easy to get to. It has a lot of the same high priced stores that Columbia and Charleston South Carolina has. I was familiar with the names of the stores. Some I had been in, and some I've never been in because they were too high priced. Even though i'm on a fixed budget, a trip to the mall is always fun. My daughter and I have a favorite store called Hot Topic. Where else can you get 2 necklaces for $10. We have favorite places to eat in the food court. My daughter's is Taco Bell for the $5.30 Big Box. My fav is Panda Express. There is a variety of foods to choose from, they use no MSG and very little oil. I especially like the vegetables, spring rolls, egg rolls, and cream cheese ragoons. The other Asian restaurant is Teriyaki Grill. I really, really dislike that place. Their food is really greasy. While they're cooking it on the grill, they keep adding more oil. You can tell there's too much oil by the look of the food. It's too shiny. Eeww! I end up sick to my stomach and spend a lot of time in the ladies' room. Not exactly the way I want...

This mall is dirty as can be, and management does not seem to care. I sat down with my (2) yr old daughter one day while waiting for my wife by JC Penny. We went and got a pretzel and something to drink, so I thought that we would sit and have some daddy daughter time and have a snack. The dirt was SO PACKED on the chairs, that not only did you just feel it on you, it you rubbed your hand on the arm of the chair, the dirt CAME OFF ON YOU.

I posted about this on their FB page, with a picture and they said that they would address it. However, someone replied to my review just recently, and showed the same filthy dirty chairs. No wonder people want to shop from the comfort of their own homes. I rather buy my things online and go through the BS of sending them back if I do not like them, than deal with FILTH. How hard is it to get a steam cleaner from ANYHERE for that matter, and have the janitor or maintenance clean the furniture every so often? Not to mention, good luck with the parking lot. You thought that pot holes were bad on MI roads. Well believe me, they can be worse in the mall...
