Has very interesting things, all are your typically overpriced main street type of items, but some are actually quite neat. I personally dont go in very often as I found the owner to be rude on multiple occasions, whether it be ignoring me as i come in or walk past, or the time she felt the need to defend to the point of saltiness one of her vendors that I commented had great things, but they were clothes and I could buy on Ebay for cheaper since she marks them outrageously high and justifies it by saying she picked it up in another state. She has neat, pretty things, it's just that I'm buying a used piece for a new price and while upscale, these are not known designers. Anyway, after that unnecessary creaming (that frankly had the worst justifications ever) in which I was actually buying a piece of hers because I deemed it worth it, I don't typically go back in unless I'm with someone who simply needs to see this place. And if you are anywhere near this vendor space with her in the vicinity, she'll tell you all about how great and amazing this vendor and her wares are. Beware holidays especially, you will be trapped in this place like a hot box with no way out for how many people come crowding it, but not a long line at the register it would seem. Overall, worth coming to see, neat but not the best place on main. Disclaimer: I dont know the person who owns that booth, i have never met her, all I know is the shop owners quasi-aggressive defensiveness of her, I'm sure she's a...
Read moreThe hidden gem of Main Street! This place has two buildings: the house in front and the barn in the back. The house features lots of smaller home decor and whimsical clothing, the barn in the back is broken into lots of vendor's sections (these are all homemade, locally sourced art pieces). The area is quite large, you could get lost in everything easily for an hour or more. They recently added an unstairs addition as well. The prices are not your typical made-in-China prices because the pieces (from scarves to dishes to lamps to refurbished antique radios) are not your typical made-in-China decor. They keep jars at the front to place the labels from the items in so that the artists know how their sales have been (awesome!). The people working there are always very friendly and willing to help if needed. My ABSOLUTE favorite place to...
Read moreWe bought a home decor item for $9 today and then found the same item at Hobby Lobby for $2.99. When we went back to the store, I started to notice many of their items were in fact products from Hobby Lobby being sold for double or triple the price. The employee refunded our money and said the owner buys stuff to decorate the store and will sell the stuff years later. Pretty sure it’s illegal to buy an item from a store and sell it as your own product at triple the price. I won’t be back here. Please don’t give them your business. They...
