Olde Town Spice Shoppe — Attraction in Saint Charles

I love coming here. There is a variety of delicious spices, sauces, dip mixes, salsas, kitchen tools, meat rubs. teas and more. You can buy what's on the shelves as is, or you can have your spices measured by the pound. The prices are very reasonable here. They often have samples in the store so you can sample sauces, dips and such before buying. I've always gotten great service here.

The staff is very polite and helpful and the store itself is always tidy and well-kept. I have often been able to track down hard to find spices when browsing around the store. I love coming here and have been a happy customer for years. They have an email list so you can be notified of sales and recipes. Tried to buy spices today and planned on spending around $65. I found a woman who worked there and asked to check out. She looked at me and turned back around to the shelf she was stocking without saying a word to me. I asked again a moment later and was ignored. I looked for someone else in the shop and then waited at the counter for awhile thinking the check out person had to tend to something else briefly but nobody came. Oh well. Ole Town Spice shop is the place to go not only to get the spices you need but to save you a lot of money. If you've ever gone to the store to buy spices you'll find yourself choosing between which spices your buying on that trip due to the cost. When you choose this store to buy from here the cost are lower and more of the spice. They also have packages that you only have to add one ingredient and you have an appetizer.
