Misleading and fraudulent. Went into store and saw Labubu's sitting on the table. Employee misled me into thinking it was real, so we purchased. I asked employee several times whether product was real and he assured me it was. We opened right outside of the store and it was FAKE! The box appeared to be tampered with, the bag appeared to have been resealed, and the fake Labubu itself was extremely poor quality. When I went back into the store the employee appeared irritated and called the owner on the phone stating, "We need to refund another one. I told her it was not real." DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The owner did end up refunding me my money in the end but was argumentative.

My partner and I walked around to find somewhere to sign. The floors, walls and ceiling are almost completely covered with names and other drawings. My partner saw a knife stand with multiple signatures on it. He started to write our initials on there when the employee screamed at him from across the store. She began to yell at him and complain about how people can't follow the rules. He apologized and she continued to belittle him. She said that the owner would be furious and that we were going to get her in trouble. If you are going to have a "tradition" like this, be a little more understanding and kind towards your customers. We will never come back to this store and will purposely avoid it from...
Read moreI cannot begin to express my displeasure with this business. On July 12th, I entered the business excited to see they sell lubulus. Much to my chagrin, I was later informed that the item I purchased is counterfeit.
I've emailed the business, and still waiting a response. I've called the business, multiple times and continuously receiving an answering message that states a voicemail has not yet been set up. I also drove 30 minutes, during business hours, in hopes of returning the item and the store is closed.
Not only do I not appreciate being sold a counterfeit item but I am incredibly discouraged by their inability to provide basic customer service. I truly hope it's someone reaches out to me soon or will be contacting the better...
