We Love Target but We have been having a difficult time filling Prescriptions in the last few days. They are never ready when they say and they make excuses that are in no way plausible. Once... I understand, Twice... Okay I understand you are busy, Three Times... I am a little irritated, Four times in three days... Come on give me a break! Today the urgent care Dr called in Cipro drops for my daughters ear infection at 1:00. Having experienced 3 other delays in the Pharmacies customer no service I waited an hour and a half before going to pick it up. When I got to the counter the unfriendly lady looked in the bins and couldn’t find it. She went to the computer and said that it just came through and it would be 20 to 30 more minutes. I know this is a Lie because I was in the room next to the Dr when she called it in. This is a prefilled bottle of drops there is no measuring or dosing how could it take this long. The Lady told me that they had a bunch of on line orders just placed and they were backed up (This is the exact thing I was told on Thursday when 20 minutes turned into 1.5 hours). I asked for the script so I could take it to a pharmacy with some sort of customer service and I was told that this is not possible and if I wanted the script I would need to go back to the Dr. I told her that since target was holding me hostage I would get it filled. She smiled at me and said “so I guess I will see you in 20 to 30 minutes”. I strongly advise anyone who wants a prescription in a decent amount of time to take their business to ANY OTHER pharmacy in the...
Read moreTarget used to be a place where we could stroll through the isles and leisurely spend our entire paychecks (happily). Now, they have cut so many hours, the employees are extremely overworked. I counted four isles that didn’t have either boxes, return carts, or the large carts of employees stocking merchandise. Again, NOT the employees’ fault. It’s the fact that Target is cutting hours and demanding more from the employees. Customers now spend their time trying to dodge workers and boxes and we feel like we’re in the way. It makes the experience so overwhelming and frustrating as the consumer. To add the cherry on top, there are two check out lines. The cashiers are extremely nice and bubbly, and are being berated by disgruntled customers who wait 20+ minutes in line. I understand calling self checkout at ten items.. when there is an appropriate amount of open regular checkout isles. There isn’t. Target has gone so down hill that customers are tired of coming in here.
Mexico road target has the most amazing employees. Target in general has an...
Read moreI used to love Target but in the last year, out of stocks have be ome abundant. I am always told it is because they are restocking from the weekend, even if is Wed or Thurs. I am not talking about odd items. These are commonly used items such as paper towels, diet Coke, Citrucel, ovaltine and eggs. Yesterday I was told eggs were out from the weekend (???) I was in once when paper towels were on ad and the ENTIRE Bounty row was empty. I was told when they are on ad, you should come early in the week.
Opposite if out of stocks is when you cannot see the shelves because there are so many stocking carts blocking the merchandise. What happened to having shelves stocked when the store opened? How about not being able to get into the produce/dairy section because THREE stocking carts were there at 11 am one Saturday?
I do not understand what is going on in this store. I understand it is not the norm for most...
