I think this mall has great potential, (as evident from its rich past) however, it presently has too many vacant storefronts. I've heard many reasons for this from the ongoing popularity of online shopping to the cost to rent retail space. I will say the mall looks beautiful this year for Christmas so kudos to whoever is responsible for that! Anyone who grew up in St. Joe as a kid knows how crowded this mall used to be. It was THE place to go! So many malls have closed down all over the U.S. and we're lucky to still have ours.....but I sometimes wonder for how much longer. I do think the mall would benefit from having something like a Dollar Tree or perhaps a family-style buffet to help bring out families. (If there's one thing Midwest families love it is their dollar stores and their buffets!) I was sad to see that Taco John's moved out of the mall as it was the last of the cheaper places where you could grab something to eat while you were out shopping. A lot of people are struggling these days to try to make ends meet and I'm sure the mall is no exception. Hopefully the mall's owners can come up with a solution to bring back the crowds to the mall. *Today I decided to walk at the mall....how depressing. The video will show a bit of what I saw. Empty storefront after storefront. It's perfect for Halloween because it's...

Rally's sports out let. Poor customer service. I called them. Asked do you have a kids chief's football Jersey. For a specific player. I told them the players name. And that I had a 4th grader nephews birthday party to attend. And he wanted a chiefs shirt of his favorite player. Who is Hill. The garrented me. That they had it. 85$. I told them I'm on my way there to get it. Right now!!! I ask them. Do you need a credit card to hold it. They said no.. I drove 83 miles to there location. When I got there. They said that someone had told me wrong. They didn't have anything in the store. For tyreek Hill. Who plays for the chiefs. And the young man laughed at me. When I explained everything to him. I can't afford to get arrested or go to jail. And for that reason I left. He's lucky. I...

This is about At&T.

The one employee they had in the store was taking forever on one set of customers. About an hour and a half. I was sick and not wanting to wait but we did. I was only there as a driver for my brother who had lost his phone while working on our family farm. He was expected to work but because of how long it took us our brother left to the farm without him.

After the hour and a half wait another employee arrived and shortly came to "help" us. My brother talked to him for about 5 minutes before he came to the conclusion he couldn't help us despite both of us being authorized to use the account. The odd thing is I did the exact same thing 3 weeks before with no problem. If only they were willing to spend the time on us that they wasted.

I will not ever be using the At&T in...

Most of the stores in the mall are closed. The only stores they have open are Maurices, a takeout place called Chinex and a popcorn place called Topsys, a small business vendor and JC Penny, Off Broadway shoes and Vision Works. The children’s play area looks well maintained. The bathrooms are clean! It’s a good place to take a walk and get your steps in, or if you’re looking for a safe place to walk or relax and catch up with friends.

This is a great place to come and spend time with the family while doing some shopping. The food court is big and there is ton of options to chose from, we all get our own thing. I then my kid to the play area and the merry go around. We always have fun especially him. And before we leave we hit the massage chairs and enjoy a nice massage and our smoothie.
