I ordered 2 packages to be delivered to the store. Honestly my mistake as I forgot they were there and they are not required to call. When I remembered I called and due to surgery can’t wear jean fabric. The store told me they would return the next day I received my bill and it showed that I still owed again my fault thought oh crossed in mail. Now getting collection calls and credit karma alerted me it was now on my credit. I begin calling the store oh hun we did return that day! Call customer arrived they call oh no 3 weeks later they are telling him they returned 2 packages that day. Which wAs 3 weeks later after 6-7 weeks I am told that they only returned 1 package and they didn’t know what happened. After asking for over due fees to be taken off and the woman on phone saying she would credit me for one package I still had to pay almost $37 to have this taken care of so it would be taken off my credit which again all this could take up to a week and if others were truthful. Needless to say I cut up my card for the store manager to have because someone was lying about the packages and cost me money and time trying to get it all straightened out..will never shop or...

This store is my favorite. Anytime I go in to look for something I can always leave with something that I feel good in. There are usually good sales, the store is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The clothing is well made and durable. They are size inclusive and have sizes that range from extra small to a 24/26 in women. If you order online you can return to the store if it doesn't fit, or if you find something in the store that you love that is not in your size they will order it for you. 10/10...
