Free Donuts, Dollar Tree Food and unlimited salad. The plus point about this place is the great pastry and salad, tolerable coffee and Dollar Tree, quality food, tolerable and if you are addicted to thrift, please visit this place for nostalgia, volunteer opportunities are great here, you can call up people , to tell them about the good work you are doing and also meet people with a food-shelf in a box, which is bottomless and never empties. See the photo contribution.

I recently left the mission. I spent nine months in the transitional housing program, under the leadership of chaplain Sammy Watkins. Jesus was waiting for me at UGM and every since I began to follow His Words and His example, my life has changed. I am blessed, happy, joyful with purpose. The mission is alive in Jesus. Thank you donors. Thank you Dr. Morgan and your supporting staff.k m

Wonderful shelter for people facing homelessness in St Paul Minnesota. Once a month Jesus Christ Foundation Inc our ministry serves dinner to the residents, I preach, one on one prayer for those desire it with a bunch of men and women of God Almighty. Chaplain Kim and brother Donald are amazing and anointed servants and lead residents to Christ with love and humility.

I’ve gone to the union gospel on and off for a year because of income. The staffing is generally good and the food is good. But there’s a small problem and it’s condescending behavior. I sometimes need help with my resume or questions and the front desk will rebuttals and ask “why can’t you do it there” or “get out of my face”. There’s a gentleman there named dorcey and he’s highly unprofessional. He won’t shake your hand he will flick it. He will talk to you with a dismissive attitude why cuz “we’re at the shelter”. Just remember that’s s church meaning it’s Gods domain. I recommend whoever overseas staffing you guys need to have a group talk on helping people and bettering hall attitude. None of y’all above god and if you wanna judge the homeless then why do you work at a shelter. Do you not have a strong enough backbone to helps those in need or you just looking to help your pockets. Overall good is great and it’s a nice place it’s just staff can be highly condescending especially when I’m looking for a job need help with my resumes or I ask general questions. Remember it’s gods...

I stayed at the UGM.and the building was always dirty I even killed a tick on the 2th floor lots of drugs and drinking and some of the staff are hateful to the good residents that are trying to get their own place to live but even I was treated unfairly. for two years I worked 2pm to 9pm every day 6 day's a week some time 7 and about the end of February I was in the hospital with enlarged prostate and sarcoidosis in my lungs I stayed with my son for one night because the doctor said I will have to have someone to be with me for 24 hours and when I return I was locked out of my room with out reasoning and I still need to get my things out of the room and at that's why I didn't get my things out of the room I did get my things out when I got paid a week later when I got paid.then I got off from work one night it was to PUT out of the building in the...

I work in a building on the other side of the fence from the Union Gospel Mission, and there is a filthy homeless camp all up the east side of that building. The people they allow to live there litter the place with garbage and have open fires. I've personally watched residents come to our side of the fence to defecate and urinate - they're not exactly trying to keep it on the DL.

And as for men only inside, there are least two women living in that encampment right outside. The place is an absolute eyesore and I don't see how effective this place is when their grounds are overrun with addicts and mentally unstable people. It's only a matter of time before the conditions there will lead to someone...
