Saturday morning I ordered a party toy online... paid for it, the works. Waited for the email to come in that I could pick it up... by showing my ID and the purchasing credit card. When I got to the store the clerk & I exchanged a couple of jokes. I thought it odd that they swiped my card...but just figured it was verifying. Nor did I pay attention they handed me a receipt. FF four days later checking my visa bill online. Oh no... swiping my card was charging me... a second time. I just threw away the receipt yesterday!! I tried to dispute online but the charges were Fantasy Online and Fantasy Gifts, also the charge amounts differed by $0.12 so Visa didn't see it as a duplicate charge and told me to contact the merchant. So I attempt to go to the story with nothing buy my story and visa bill screenshots.... ugghh this seems so scandalous... Here's to hopefully, not hoping, that this has happened before!! I entered the store told Kelly what happened...showed her the item... she asked if the employee had a mohawk? I said I couldn't recall but I know I wasn't sure so I referred to them as they. As we discussed it I said I'm sure it was confusing since I handed the credit card like I was expecting to pay.... and since she was so understanding and helpful and not near the hassle I thought this was going to e, I appreciated her and her assistance!! This is definitely a fun little shop for when you're feeling naughty. ♡ The woman (manager) who was working when I visited was just amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all products I questioned her about. She asked about what specifically I was looking for and was full of suggestions. Best of all, she made me feel comfortable. My shopping experience was super fun because she was so open and more than happy to assist. I found some really great products. Fiance is coming back from deployment and I decided to go shopping at fantasy gifts. I gotta say, the lady working on 7/31/19 was so helpful and answered so many questions! She was very knowledgable in the products and recommended me some great items.
