Went in with my fiance on a Sunday evening a little before 9pm(they close at 11pm). We were one of four tables and there were a few guests at the bar. Several tables were dirty and took us a second to find one clean booth. Bartender is the slowest and spaced out. It took 30 minutes after my fiance order the Cucumber Cooler for some other server to come and tell us they could not make it. We ordered two Bloody Mary's instead, and it still took 15 minutes to receive those. Ordered wings as appetizer and received those around 10ish. Before even finished my cocktail I placed an order in for a Blue Agave Margarita, knowing it would take some time to finish and be brought to the table. Meals showed up closer to 1030. Fiance's Sante Fe Chicken salad was good but missing the avocado that it lists in description of salad( only reason he ordered that salad). My buffalo bleu burger had good flavor but the bun and burger party were hard. Tasted like they just redressed my burger that probably had been sitting under the warmers too long. Service by Katie was great. She understood that our wait was ridiculous and gave us 15% off our bill, and a card to bring back for another 15% off for next visit. Total staff I saw was one bartender, two on duty servers, one server whom had been cut from the floor and that was it. We were there for 2 hours and never saw a manager walk the floor. Which the floor was covered in food and trash. This wait time is why my fiance and I usually refuse to go to any BWWs. Sadly our power was out due to a storm and we were hungry but didn't want fast food chains. Guess that...
Read moreI recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Saint Robert, Missouri, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon entering the restaurant around 9 PM, I immediately noticed an unpleasant odor resembling mop water and mop bucket throughout the establishment. Furthermore, it took a frustrating 13 minutes for the front desk to acknowledge our presence, despite multiple groups waiting before us.
To make matters worse, the staff gave us disapproving looks, seemingly upset that we arrived two hours prior to closing time. This unwelcoming attitude persisted for the entire 12 minutes we waited to be seated. This was not the first time I encountered such delays at this location, which led me to reconsider my dining choice.
Ultimately, my party opted to dine at the newly opened Antonio's Mexican Restaurant in Saint Robert, where we were promptly greeted and received exceptional, friendly service. I had hoped that Buffalo Wild Wings, following an incident that required the health inspector's intervention, as reported by the Pulaski County Daily News, back in 2022 would have improved its operations. Regrettably, my experience suggests otherwise.
In conclusion, my visit to Buffalo Wild Wings in Saint Robert, Missouri, was marked by an unpleasant odor, a lengthy wait for acknowledgment, and unwelcoming treatment from the staff. I cannot confidently recommend this establishment based on my...
Read moreHorrible service. Family of 4 stopped in to eat after 6hrs on the road. Purposely timed it before they got busy for dinner rush. Would've made no difference. Wife and I agreed they were doomed tonight if they couldn't handle a 25% capacity. We gave our drink order to 3 different waiters/waitress and finally got our 2 cokes and 2 waters 25mins later. Seriously? Food order was taken 10mins after that (35mins after we first arrived!). Food took 40mins to arrive. All this time waiting and we saw plenty of staff just standing around talking/joking with each other. Waitress said she would give us 25% off since we waited so long. After we ate (food was decent), she then said she'd give us 20% off AND 20% more if we filled out a survey. What? After waiting over an HR to just get food in a slow restaurant, absolutely no tentative service, why should we have to "work" to get a discounted price? We were just tired from our drive and just left $60 on the table and left. Yes, $60 was our bill w/ no tip. 2 adult dinners, 2 kid meals, 2 cokes, and 2 waters for $60. I will say that the wait staff were nice just didn't seem to have any management leadership. In fact, a visible manager was never seen. This ultimately is probably the issue. To sum up...nice staff, expect to wait long for everything (even when slow), ok food, will way over pay for experience (go to McDonald's for same "quality", cheaper, and...
