PROSOUND — Attraction in Salem

Went into Prosound after getting an alarm and remote start system installed from a different shop when we lived back in California. Was having numerous issues with remote start and also my key fob not communicating properly with the vehicle. Not sure what caused the problem, but seemed like a programming error. Anyways, the people who worked there practically treated us like family. They tried the first thing they could think of - replacing the battery. Not sure if it was because the old battery was dying, or if just taking the battery out and putting another one in helped it reset itself, but it worked and now everything functions perfectly. They didn't even charge me for any of the time or the new battery they put in. These people are awesome and not only would I recommend people go there for any sound system or vehicle security needs, but they helped restore a little faith in humanity in the business world that those running a business aren't just out to screw you over or make a quick buck, but they genuinely care about helping you and treating you with respect. Thanks a lot guys. Hope to be back there...

I have had ProSound Install many remote starters for me over the years. Several years ago, I had Richard install a remote starter on a new Odyssey. After agreeing on a certain starter and the price, I found out that he had installed a less expensive starter with a lower range and still charged me the price for the better starter. That’s when Richard became, Richard the pathological liar. Few months ago the starter would not work anymore. I went back to him three times, each time he would give me a different execute why it did not work and would tell me he’s going to call the company and inquire About a Fix, but he would never get back to me, what a pathological liar this man has turned into. I ended up Paying $450 for a new starter somewhere else, Which I could not afford, but had to do because I go to work at 3 o’clock in the morning and then I come back home Around 7:30 to take my children To school. ProSound has lost my business. They say a man is worth his word, but Richard’s word It’s not...

Richie is the BEST. He will take the time to get to know you and your needs, to suggest a product that fits just that and your budget. He and his team are incredibly talented and dedicated to making you happy with your product! I purchased a Mercedes GLB that had everything I wanted besides great sound. Richie sat with me and asked me to play some songs I usually listen to, and he immediately knew what to recommend, without trying to oversell you. Driving around and listening to music is the best part of my day thanks to PROSOUND. Richie and his team have also been incredibly accommodating to me when the Mercedes Dealership asked them to uninstall and then reinstall the work I had got done 6 months prior, so they could do necessary repairs to my seat without damaging the equipment. They did this for me at no cost, and fit me in immediately during their very packed schedule. I am already scheduling an appointment to get a dashcam installed - I cannot wait! Thank you again...
